    Good workout with solid moves. It was nice to do a HIIT workout that didn’t have burpees or mountain climbers in it. Good for a day when I need a less intense workout.

    So glad we did more than just burpees, mountain climbers, jumps and high knees! This workout was fun and sweaty. The trainer was great as well!

    Perfect workout difficulty. It didn't feel like I was dying (ok the squat pulse jumps, yes), but it was perfect enough to challenge myself and be drenched at the end!

    This was a great set of moves. Not too high impact but certainly challenging. She is wonderful - not overly artificial in her energy and encouragement. More please 🙂

      POPSUGAR Fitness I literally just tried it, and man did this workout make me break a sweat! 💪✅💦. Im so glad Dre is back in these, I always look forward to them when she is in the videos and of course Kaycee and also Leilani.I usually wear my fitbit when I workout and my heart rate got up to around 150.

    I was watching to see if I can actually do this and I loved that you put alternatives! I can't do push-ups and I usually have to skip it and I don't want to, after this I'm doing them like this. And I did my workout today and definitely doing this tomorrow!

    The first time I did this workout it was really intense. Just 2 days and a couple lighter workouts later I did it again and I thought I was only halfway done she she said that we did it!!! I am so happy with my improvement, highly recomend❤️💯🤩

    This workout is awesome and people were saying it wasn't too hard but if person does each circuit faster with more reps it would be...I felt very challenged because I was trying to do each circuit as fast as I could.

    I loved this workout, I feel I've worked every muscle of my body! It felt balanced, the right impact moves and coordination. I did it next to my 11 mths old baby and she laughed every time I was jumping!
