$200 sqft is awesome. I'm trying to find a builder in Charleston, SC to build for under $240 sqft. And that is a struggle. Know anyone lol. Beahone by the way.

Sure! I believe it’s a 73 inch. It’s the the biggest they have. Remember, it’s always better to go bigger. Better to be oversized than undersized.
