Interesting build, interesting placement... It looks cool and it'll be nice to see what someone does with it. I wish they would have put a little more thought into the lighting and matched the color temperature. Yay! It's Tuesday with Terence Time! It's Envy! This one has too much office building esthetic for my tastes. However, I saw great ideas throughout. I like that you said windows in office were reflective. I'd add that feature to every bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Where the windows are seen through at night, install electronic window shutters that will still show light but blur the sight to occupants for privacy. Again, add the electronic window treatments to all bedrooms and baths for privacy. Love the back, but it needs foliage for privacy from people on the road. Brighter lights in the master bath for night. It seems dark to me. It's probably ok in the daytime. Love the basement overall. The auto caption said something about room for your Asian parents. Absolutely hilarious! Gotta love technology even when it goes wrong. It does that often. The kitchen and the two extra kitchens were nice. I can imagine their electricity bill will be outrageous. Add instant on water heaters instead of the normal tanks I saw. More modern and efficient. Love that they left all closets open with an allowance to build. I hope the new owners really are conscious of how visible they'll be in almost every room. No half-naked walks across the house unless you're not shy! 😅 See you next week! BTW: I shazamed a lot of your music today to add to my playlist. I appreciate the contributions.

I'm glad you loved this one Millah! You know, I went back and checked and you're right, I'm seeing 5 bedrooms. The agent's listing has it at 6, and so does the marketing collateral in the house. I guess they're counting the flex space as a possible bedroom, but without a closet it's not one. Though it would be easy to add one. Good catch!
@@TerenceRichardsonTours I absolutely love it😍. Pictures don’t do it justice. Do you know if the furniture is included or is it just staging furniture?
Loveeeeeee this house and lighting feature. Definitely need privacy fence not a fan of being close to busy highway. Burgundy room would be my theater for sure. I don’t like laundry room in primary closet because it’s not that big to begin with.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours love the fact that it is a house that doesn't appear to be as large as it really is. However, once you actually dive in you realize how much of a punch it actually pacts. Its a stunning modern "sleeper" home!
I wonder how well it does with the heating in the Winter. All those windows. Then are there any blinds/shades to cover the windows at night. Talk about being exposed and no privacy. I wouldn't buy it due to the street traffic. Everybody knows where you stay. Definitely got to invest in security cameras.
Good question about its efficiency. I would hope they are energy-efficient windows. There are no window coverings, but that's something a new homeowner would customize and add themselves post-closing usually. There's no question the road is a bit busy!
This house is so gorgeous that it's seriously making me reconsider living so far south of the city. I can always tell when a house was designed by a woman. Practical details done to perfection. 🤷🏽♀️👌🏽👍🏼
It's very nice however the pool is too small and the Black Leather granite kitchen countertop appears to be disfigured with white spots...did you notice that?
Everything: the lights, layout, size, design, color scheme, etc. Especially being in Georgia. When I first saw the house, I thought it was in Texas. NICE!
This house lacks stylistic cohesion. Ultra modern doesn’t mean devoid of personality. Feels like an office building. And no, it’s not just the cool lighting.
Not cozy to me. It feels like you walk into an office building when the ceilings are 20 feet high. Ultramodern builds usually don’t have trim and crown mouldings like I would expect in a home at that price point. Cabinets are usually flat, sometimes an overly bold design. There usually lacks depth or detail. Don’t get me wrong, the home is beautiful in its own right, but I prefer timeless….something I could see myself growing old in.
This is a nice house but for that price and on a busy road and not enough land is the killer. I have a home in Stone Mountain that sits on 10.3 acres and never paid even close to a million for it.
I was disappointed! Like many so called luxury homes in GA it was very basic and cookie cutter. The toilet beside the shower/tub combo beside small vanity blew me. Not to mention the basic home depot toilets. At least have automatic ones that open closes upon entry self flushes!
They started with a decent amount of land, but with 6 total being built, they can't be set back far enough. Oh well, let's see how long it takes for someone to snatch this one up!
Ga kills me so far behind nothing about this house is modern. 2 million dollars no theater room. Not one water closet in the entire house. No home at this price point or modern home has toilet and shower beside each other almost touching. The water lines for toilet shouldn't be visible nor have regular basic toilets. No automatic or self cleaning toilets. No mid 2000 homes have vanities should have floating vanities with custom fixtures not home depot fixtures. Some of the light fixtures are nice but giving IKEA. No high end appliances. The builders are stuck in the past No creativity stuck in old ways of building homes or way homes used to be built. Outlets and light covers should be flush or hidden. Or at least pop-up. No hidden hinges on the door. I was surprised it had the pivot door that's a plus. Overall good home but wouldn't call ultra modern or luxury. Very basic at the price point. But this is Ga what can you expect
