Here are my pluses and minuses: The outside spaces are amazing. You can really entertain so many people between all the covered areas, the party barn, and the pool area. It's just gorgeous. The breakfast room is so appealing; I could see not only eating there but setting up a laptop there too. I love the doggie station in the laundry room, even with a pot filler for their water bowl! The elevator is definitely a plus. And the finishing of the house is thoughtful and creates a very comfortable home. Now the downsides, which basically comes down to storage spaces. The closets in the bedrooms are surprisingly small. That one in the kids' room is ridiculously small. And for an idea house in 2023 not to have a huge pantry and possibly a prep kitchen is very surprising. That pantry (while beautifully kitted out) is what I would expect in a house 1/3 of the size and a 1/10 of the cost. The upshot to me is a beautiful home with some definite shortcomings.
17:02 I too ❤ the dog-centric room. But I'm not a fan of the glass door in that area leading outside. I can already imagine the scratches and dog drool on it. I would prefer the lower 2/3 of the door be made from metal and/or that it be covered in a fashioned scratch-resistant metal kick plate. I was hoping to see built in doggie doors. ❤❤❤
I totally agree with you, I would think in a house so big it would have an appliance pantry as well as it seems to be set up for entertainment and have home theater rooms played out? In an idea home it would have been cool to see a new take on that, but I guess I’ll make those changes when I move in , lol
Exactly, pantry outside the kitchen in mudroom is si small and inconvenient. Bedrooms are super small, so unless you have small children that would ot be ideal
I guess the idea is to use the garage for storage because the panty is small, also I know it remove option for a full bedroom, but would change the bathroom off the gym to sauna in a house of that price point. The music room could be a small theater maybe.. music room is rather niche but guess it was done due to being Nashville or use blackout curtains and make downstairs a good movie room.
This is the nicest house I’ve ever seen. I noticed an unfinished board 11:37 the top boards over the shiplap, under the window beside the door. They did top pieces but forgot to carry those 2 under the window.
Holy cow I'm gobsmacked. This home is breathtaking. I'm utterly confounded on why they thought a 3br was a smart thing to do here. The grounds have enough seating to accommodate 40 people in a 3br. It's just very odd. I guess the bright side is if you have 2 kids you don't ever have to put up visiting friends or family. Like ever. But it is truly gorgeous!!
Yeah, never understood the concept of going down in size as you get older. Visiting relatives, children and grandchildren. Three bedrooms guarantees no family gatherings at your home.
This was a beautiful home and I liked the distribution of the home! The architect did an amazing job in designing this home and the designers furnished it beautifully your team is top notch.
I'd like to see highly these talented people turn their attention to a modern craftsman bungalow! If this home is any indication it would be a grand slam homerun!
This is definitely a very warm and cozy home. It accommodates many different types of parties. The inside and outside are amazing. However, I am shocked that it doesn't have more bedrooms and why the closets are small because the rooms are large enough to have much larger closets for the price.
Why? Because they can. The architecture and materials is amazing. This is truly an idea house for comfortable living....beautiful style, beautiful spaces. I love the color palette and the use of warm and cool colors. The house feels grounding and nurturing. I love it.
@@merrywalsh2809 i meant with a kitchen. House suggests stove and separate living space. In this day more parents are living with their children and that would be a great spot for something like that. A missed opportunity
This is consistently confirmed in glass box Hollywood, where talent in other states significantly outweighs that of the magnificent state of California.Bravo this is really true here in Hollywood , Santa Monica , Beverly Hills
I can appreciate different types of design. But this is true country living with a modern touch, the vibe is farmhouse, just isn’t my type of personal design.
Beautiful...I can actually picture myself living here...there is something so peaceful and inviting about this home that alot of homes in this price range lack...thanks for showing this...💕
The home gym could easily be turned into the 4th bedroom and the equipment moved to the “pizza barn”. I love everything but I do feel like the “pizza barn” looses a lot of versatility by not having a full bath.
This is a beautiful house. However I do not see six million dollars. I realize Nashville is a hot market right now and the city is growing in popularity but I can't imagine anyone paying such a high price for this house.
Seriously, as a musician who owns and loves dogs, I love this house and property, everything about it, fabulous. Just not familiar with what it would be like to live in that area...
I have a pretty sizeable family and normally I wouldn't look at anything less than a 6 bdrm. But i have to admit, after seeing this one, I would find a way to make it work, there's just so much too this beautiful home that It's very possible I could extend it beyond 4 bdrms. 🤔
18:45 what kind of finish did they put in the shower? It looks like one solid piece and it matches all of the walls in the bathroom. I know you didn't put drywall in there, right. Lovely house btw. The designer is brilliant!
Thats alot of home for 6 million....they should of added the extra bedroom .The outside is Heaven....Inside is nice,...but it looks alittle dark, and the layout seems to be a little choppy. Gorgeous Home!
It’s called a rain chain. Rain collects and drains in a desirable location. Not sure how functional they are over aesthetically pleasing but they are pretty popular in warmer climates
I'm glad you asked (and that someone answered) .....because I had the same question. I think they look rather interesting and modern. And now I know they serve a purpose. ❤️
I love the house but a want to know how many acres of land is part of the house. Is because I want to have horses. Can you answer that please?? Thank you.
The background noise is over powering the guy who is showing the property. Might want to cut the music or significantly lower it in the future. I had to mute it.
No closet space in the bedrooms...ugggg! Also the basement wood paneling reminded me too much of the old paneling from the 1950s. And I'm not crazy about that green🤢. But the outside is to die for!!
Beautiful but 3 bedrooms? So much outdoor living...I'm not sure how much you'd even use all that, especially since you don't plan on hosting anyone overnight with no spare bedrooms.
Beautiful home but the scale of the home and price is not adding up despite the design. Being a 3 bedroom home without the closet spaces, pantry, and 2nd kitchen is underwhelming to say the least. The pet area is already a disaster that will require a lot of detailing to clean. We have a doggie room and we made sure our dog’s bath was away and on its own wall. When dogs shake the water off it’s landing everyone. It’s so cluttered in this space you will be cleaning the glass door, washer, dryer, and at least 4 walls when they shake water off them while shampooing. The design was well thought out. This home would be more of someone weekend home or getaway. For so many acres the interior architect wasn’t thought out for sure.
Lovely home. A bit too country for my taste with all the wood finishes and some of the rooms are too dark. Overall the home has a masculine feel , which is probably why there are only three bedrooms. Kitchen is too small and not very functional for $6.6million price tag. A second/prep kitchen would have added more value instead of the seating area/wine room off the kitchen. Backyard is beautiful though.
As a person who use to work "Real Estate", I see 3.75 Million on and in the house so the rest must be tided to the land and surroundings... Inflation is eating us up!
No, people are just willing to pay a fortune to live in desirable parts of metro Nashville. Keep in mind a lot of those willing to pay that are ones who are relocating from places where high prices are the norm, but here in Tennessee that same money gets you a much bigger house, more land, or in many cases both.
The grounds are Spectacular,... but the house configuration is off ‼️ a lot of wasted space, it's like going down the rabbit hole twisting and turning way too cluttered and chopped up.. And yes another bedroom ‼️ Better storage,.Sad because it gives a good vibe.
Very small bedrooms, very narrow doors that could be a problem for wheelchairs. Laundry room too small. MB closet too small. Not having an enclosed entrance from garage to home is dumb. I also would want brick instead of whatever that is on outside walls.
We apologize for that. This home was sold off-market, so there are no external links to the listing. We hope you stay and continue to watch more videos :)
I rarely watch these full walk thru videos because I find it tedious and nauseas. (Personal problems….. not your fault). The details are important, don’t get me wrong. Not going to lie, I started getting sick watching this video during your POV walk thru. 😂
Why not describe the features? A visual-only tour is pretty meaningless. Visually, the house has some beauty but is primarily soulless. What sets it apart are the cutting edge materials and technologies used by the builder, designer and landscaper.
To many square and rectangular lines. Needs rounder edges. Feels very masculine not family, warm and inviting. Very few things in nature are so linear. I love symmetry but this is overloaded without personality for me. I feel like this house lost its soul.
Oh I disagree …color is not for everybody but , the tones of the different woods and the playful tones of light versus dark like in the bedroom styling and the tile selections are exquisite ! The lighting is also well chosen and cabinetry. Love the hidden gems in the master closet and stylish windows. Very nice
@@michelleg.8190 Thanks you made a good point. Yes I agree, color is perceived differently to each person. If you reread what I wrote, I was not referring to color or lack of color, but more about shapes and balance.
6 million dollars and they can’t even put a “His” master closet in the Primary Bedroom??? Where is the man of the house supposed to put his clothes??? The house is incredible, but C’mon Man!!😡🤬
How is they asking for all this money for 3 bedrms please make that make sense! I mean house is beautiful but really, I think a couple of balls really been dropped on this one!😮😂😂

Love the house! One of my cons is there is no privacy for the office. I would have sliding glass doors for when you need privacy.
This is a beautiful house. However I do not see six million dollars. I realize Nashville is a hot market right now and the city is growing in popularity but I can't imagine anyone paying such a high price for this house.
I think the price tag is justified by the 22 acres you get on top of the house.

6:52 and pause. What are these black metal things I keep seeing around the exterior. Are they purely decorative or do they have a function?

Yea. You can use a plain Ole chain and the water flow perfectly from the gutter in a rain storm! Not too big but hard rain
what color and brand is the green in the billiards room?
Come on man, no love for the architect on the intro? At Lake and Land Studio killed it on this one.
I really like your videos but the way the walkthroughs are it’s hard to tell the layout sometimes
