Hi Tanya, Great video here. You mention you live in Suwanee area , can you share your thoughts on that area vs. Cumming area for living and value and do you hve any videos of that location as well? How do you forecast Suwnaee in future vs. Cumming? Are homes a lot OLDER there in Suwanee . and is it very crowded on traffic like Cumming? How far would it be go to the Avalon malls or other famous attractive areas? What do you love about Suwanee about the Towne Center? would be nice to learn more.

One thing about Canton, It's overcrowded and TOOOO much traffic. The area grew, but the roads aren't built to withstand that many cars. I lived in Canton for 20 years, then moved to Ball Ground GA. Now that's too crowded and I've moved even further out.

Great presentation, as usual. Love the kitchen too, but it would be hard for me to choose this house, knowing that there is a two story living room floor plan in the community, since that is my favorite feature in my home now, or any home, for that matter. Gail in Gwinnett.

I love Canton. I live here. It has the nicest people in the world live here l. Its not no lie they are so welcoming and caring. I lived here 1 year and the neighbors are amazing. Im a black woman from NYC wasnt use to people so welcoming and concern about your feelings lol😂 No one cares in NYC 😂. It was scary at first I had to adjust to people giving me free stuff. I thought I was i a scene of get out at first but thats how they are in Canton. I lived in DeKalb County I moved here last year. It's a big change but I love it and can't get enough of living here. If you live here watch out for the Hawks. I love the deers 🦌 and I had a owl sitting on my car it was beautiful.

I would love to see a home builder, take a leap and construct a modern home in Georgia. Like a modern single story home with maybe 4000 ft. These homes look like they’re stuck in a certain building era with modern appliances inside I’ve been looking for a home here for quite a while, even with a great builder likeToll Brothers. End up looking like this home just Big. with Modern appliance’s.

Why show the view outside when this house/lot is off the market?

What about fans? Should you just have it wired for a fan and then put in the fan you want later similar to light fixtures

Thanks, great information. You gave me solid ideas for my checklist. I'm also in the midst of deciding where I want smart switches vs. smart lights or motion detection switches so I don't have to pay for a basic switch or light, then pay for the upgrade

What is the community name and price point ?

Where was this when my children were all still at home? 😁 If it were me I'd turn that multi-gen bedroom into a first floor master suite with sitting area, bathroom and closet and the formal dining room into the office/den. Or... I'd have to add an elevator for when I can no longer do stairs - which, God willing, will be quite some time yet! We are thinking of downsizing to the Atlanta area but it will be several years yet.

Great points! We didn’t get a chance to upgrade the carpeting on our house but I wish we could have. The pile on builder grade carpeting does not last very long.

I am a big fan, love your taste and sytle. Would you happen to remember the brick color and motor for your patio's? We are doing a White/Black house also but its really hard to pick. I orginally was looking at matching the white with grayish tones but it looked to bland. Didn't like a sandly tone or the bright reds either. Your brick looks like a warm muted red with white accents. I'm sure you put a lot of thought into it. Thank you and please keep the video's going!
