Please on the next video can you show where the Tbox is located under the seat.
You should have walked us through how you got to connect your bike in the app.
The free app would be great if it actually worked. Good luck trying to get it to work.

such a shame it is overly-complicated. i;d rather just use google maps and link the bluetooth to my helmet-headset or a pair of pod-earphones

If you tell the app in your phone settings not to track your full time location it won’t work
After clicking on the navigation icon nothing happens and the app ask to open google maps instead showing the enbedded navigator system. 450 cl-c here.. any clue ?
Could use some help! My CFMOTO app shows distance in MILES for navigation... I have the display on my Ibex 800T for miles... however the Navigation on the display will display in Meters and Kilometers... any idea how to change this? Thanks

Any idea how to get to the menu to change tire size or adjust the speedometer? Mine is showing 8mph faster. I know you can on the older models by holding select and turning on the key.

Can't get it to register, won't send the code
My bike is a 400 NK and I bought it in the Philippines. I found out why I cant bind my bike to the CF MOTO RIDE app.....I have no T-Box installed. I also learned that CF MOTO at first was adding the T-Box to most of the bikes they sold as promo deals but now they stopped doing that and its now considered an add on . The sales person lead me to think that I could navigate and even showed me the nav screen and explained how to bind the bike to the app. If anyone has considered buying a CF MOTO from MotorcycleCity ,Mandaue Cebu ,make sure and ask the sales person if a T-Box is installed to be able to use all the functions the bike has especially on the CF RIDE app
What's a T-box? Sorry just got mine today oh and which county did you select as America, North America nor united states is a selection

Everything connects successfully for Bluetooth but as soon as I try to use the navigation the app won’t register my destination?!?!
Same, I've cleared catch several times along with redownloading it with no luck...

May i ask why my apps says that my 250sr doesnt have telematic box?
yep this needs the bike installed with tbox
, some come stock some don't and have to pay extra.
does the display from the 300sr differ from the shown features, like does the 300sr have less features or are all the features also available for the 300 sr?

Hello, can you explain how the localisation service works, the find my vehicle option? Thank you.
How would you go about throwing an intercom into the mix? Can you just connect the intercom directly to the display / app? (So that you can get a call and answer it through your helmet intercom, or hear the navigation)
This might be a stupid question but if you pair your phone to the bike then how do you actually hear the music? If it’s paired to the bike then how can it be paired to a headset too?
i think you cant hear music from the bike, but you can switch between your songs or playlist from the bike buttons
You phone should be able to connect to multiple bluetooth devices and toggle which media you want to play through.
Would be cool if the navigation would communicate wiht my phone while it's locked

Dealer in Melbourne said they want my 300NK back to install a module called T-Box in order for the app to work. I m waiting for the part for the last two weeks though. Hope that helps. I may update here once the module is installed and running.

Maybe check with the dealer/ importer for your country. We are a dealer in the USA and these bikes went right through. What's funny is that we don't even have a 625 touring bike in our USA line up! Enjoy the ride, Jared

how u telepone when driving u must connect a headset also u cant have 2 bleutooth connection same time

All I get is invalid username/incorrect password. Apparently the cfmoto ride app is a complete waste of time.
When I press for navigation it shows some map in china rather than where I am and it won’t find the destination I put..

@@victorchen3500 Hello Victor, the dealer says that the function does not work in Germany because of data protection. That's why I wanted to try to enter a VIN that works. Then I can see whether it is due to the VIN or that the app is running in Germany. Greeting Frank

I sold a 300nk to a guy and he cannot get connected because it says the vin is already being used? Is there a factory reset because I cannot get into my account anymore to deactivate it for him..
Try to reset your password to log back in cause I don't believe there's a factory reset feature. The app definitely needs work.
How'd you get the nav to say miles instead of inches?

I haven't tried navigation, but I was able to use my sena for music while connected at least
Very informative, we have the CFMOTO800 MT Touring , have had all sorts issues trying the Navigation , phone side no problems , wondering if you have the 800MT front fender extension available , would be interested as dealer in Australia not sure if they will get any in. 👍🏍🍺🍺

My Vin won't bind for some reason I type it is and it says vin is binding and has a sure button I click and nothing happens

Did you ever figure it out? I get the same thing. wait 10 min after vehicle is on but it never binds
@Djayman yeah the guy that owned it previously didn't un link it to the app soo it was still linked to his username on app I just sent a email to cfmoto and sent a pic of my purchase paperwork and the released the vin from the last owner so I could link it to mine soo if you buy used just know this might be a common thing
How do I connect Bluetooth headphones to the bike?

Sounds to me like you got a euro spec bud☠️it's literally the same bike, just a name change for different markets

I am not great with the tech support side of things but I tried ours a few times and it was because I was using lowercase letters. Thanks, Jared
Yes i had tried and i had already uninstall the app and install it ,but it keeps telling me the same thing "network exception"

Have you found a way to adjust the clock? We just took out a bike and its stuck on China time.
Yes the clock can be adjusted in the settings, the manual should walk you thought it. After I did the first bike the rest of them were the exact same process. Thanks, Jared
Ciao, I set the clock when it was in 24h mode but it always returned to china time. I tried to adjust it first in 12h mode and then set the correct time and then it worked. After I set it in 24h and it remained correct.
@@3SeasRecreation I know how to adjust it by the book but it remains stuck on China time, the second we shut the bike down and turn it on again it goes back to china time.
I had the same issue, I finaly started a destination with the navigation and the clock went to the correct time. I guess it had to see the destination to get the correct time zone

How to register..
To register I first had to download the app onto my phone and then click on the "Make Account" button. I followed the steps and it asked for a passcode that was sent to my phone from the app after I added my phone number. Then create a password. Thanks for watching, Jared

Hi I had the same, there is a video in Spanish that shows how to reset, you have to push on two buttons simultaneously for 10 secs.

That might be because your motorbike didn't come with the T-box installed. Talk to your dealer as they might sell it separately (which is pretty unfortunate). The app does not connect to the motorbike unless it has the T-box installed. You can only use the bluetooth functionality with your phone but not with the Cfmoto Ride app. That'is why the VIN gives you incorrect...
How the hell do you register the app 😂
I couldn’t via email but then when I tried phone it let me. It is not obvious from the design but after you put in your # you hit the send code button. Then they send you the code and you can create a pw and account. It came up with some crazy puzzle image where you had to slide the missing piece to the right spot to proceed. I then I got hit with the bad vin/missing tbox bs. Hoping that resolves on its own like it did for some. Or that my dealer needs to register my tbox.
@@eamonmcdaniel3052 The fix is to use a symbol eg. # % € etc in your password it works.
CFMOTO in Oz are the ones who helped me out.
