    The play in the dowel that sets the distributor timing comment helped me fix my t190 after multiple teardowns and not understanding why it seemed to stutter! Than you so much! The proper OD of the dowel is about 8mm on the big end and 6.92 on the small

    I used to work Bosch Rexroth in the factory in Scotland assembling these motors for Bobcat. All the main bolts and brake housing bolts should be replaced when rebuilding as they'll be stretched! You should really put all the brake discs back in one by one and not try to put the brake housing over the top of them! Use a nylon mallet when knocking the brake housing back on! I would strip one of these down and refurb it in about an hour! It looked like the split rings fell out in your hand when you got to them? These are fitted in a press under preload and measured for the shim but an easy repair to replace yourself too. We would build 8 of these from scratch in about 6hrs for 1 man or they changed to a production line and 3 men were building 42 in an 8hr shift! Nice video, cheers.

    At the dealer I work at we have a 770 we are waiting on a seal kit for 2 to 3 months. Parts waiting has been rough then being able to get hydraulic oil. I have a unit with bad swash plate bushing and hope I can get all my parts for the unit.

    Thanks for the video! I did this exact T190 rebuild when replacing my outer hub section. Everything was great but now when the machine warms up my brakes hang up for a few seconds. Any idea what could cause that? It didn't do that before I tore it down and put back together.

    I just found your videos, You're a Bobcat service guy or are you on your own doing this? I'm asking because I had a blown hose under the cab of my E85 that I fixed but if something else goes , like in your videos, I kinda doubt I'll be able to do the repairs. I'm 40 miles out of Fargo ND which is Bobcat country so I'm sure someone can help. I'm looking for what direction do I look? I'll ask the local Bobcat dealer too when I go in to get a hose make of something. They don't have a service truck like yours in my small town, but I'm guessing Fargo will have something.

      Sounds like a control valve leak? gear pump wouldn't cause this.

    Hi, my 2006 T190 4 port 6 bolt drive motor is leaking hydraulic oil from the hub. Is there a replacement hub section available for this model? Thanks

      It's definitely possible, check with loader parts source on the internet and see if they can help you, make sure to have your serial number available

    I have a bobcat T180, I am having an issue with the right side track not driving forward but will drive in revers. I just bought this machine and it has been sitting for the last 2 years or so. I am starting to think there is a problem with the left joystick but can not find any way to troubleshoot in the service manual. Do you have any advice?

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  ปีที่แล้ว

      You could swap drive coils but you would probably have a code present

      @@tetradgroup thanks for the response. I am waiting for a friend to come by and connect his computer to the machine. I am thinking the left joystick is bad but i want to verify before i buy a new one.

    Where do you get the parts from to rebuild them yourself? Bobcat doesn't supply them and no company is going to want to sell them without ripping you off

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bobcat should be able to supply everything unless it's currently backordered. LPS (Loader Parts Source) and Texas final drives is a good source for parts.
