But for now, we know that jaggery, jaggery powder, mishri with thread, coconut or dates sugar are better than table sugar. They offer some nutrients along but even then eat them in moderation. So you can pick any one of them for now but we have a detailed video coming soon. So sorry once again. Hope it helps.

Meaning you might end up consuming nearly 1/4 of your daily calories just from honey. Replacing refined sugar with unprocessed sweetening options like honey is good but you have to understand that it is just a sweetening agent and doesn't offer any strong nutritional benefit to consume honey in such huge quantities. Chemically it will have the same effect on your body. And whether its honey or jaggery or any other healthier sugar alternative, it must be used in moderation.
