Info shared at 7:28 is so misleading.. 1 spoon Pintola peanut butter which you have used is app. 20g which gives 6g protein(128 cal).. 1 Pintola brown rice cake gives only 0.6g protein(30 cal).. 1 tsp flaxseed gives 0.5g protein(13 cal).. so all of them together will give only 7.1g protein(173 cal).. So why did u say that it will give 19g protein???? I had a trust on your videos but this was so misleading
