      Bro plant estrogen (phyto estrogen) can't be absorbed by human body cause body creates it itself
      2. and there is keylock type mechanism in our body through which only identified hormones can activate hormonal processes
      3.almost 95 % of plant estrogen is deformed by our digestive system and rest can't do anything in its amount left.
      Do your research properly because I have been eating about 50 Grams soy chunks daily from about 3 years.

    Hey I really like how simple you make things to understand one of the things i struggle to figure out lately is a good workout plan for a morbidly obese woman wanting to lose weight but also keep muscle can you help with some basics of drawing out a work out plan that can be modified every three weeks

      priority for you -
      step 1 - start walking if you can .. start slow gradually target 10k steps per day.
      this will increase your caloric expenditure. now, second thing is to reduce your food intake either by 20% or just make a diet plan for yourself using this video - th-cam.com/video/Hpm3tLbxnXE/w-d-xo.html - 20% deficit .. protein around 0.8-1g/kg of your body weight.
      both these combined will set you up for fat loss.
      do this consistently for 2 months 10k steps + 20% eating deficit. then update your progress. weight training will be next step.

      for women exercises are different than men so you should follow other influencer who focuses on home workouts for women and it is not that difficult because my mom is a housewife and she also do home-workout and have maintained a good body

    Bhai me soch rha tha ki soya chunks ko piswa ke as a protein shake ki jagah use Karo, is it okay to eat it raw or mix with any smoothie etc.

      @@vin.ayy_8-- haaahaaa. samajh gaya tha mein.. bro eating raw soybeans can cause acute nausea, gas, abdominal pain, diarrhea or vomiting but not sure about soy chunks. Technically, since this is also not cooked but extracted as a result of chemical processing during defatting of soy beans, it might have similar issues but not concluding it.
      I will get back on this to be sure.

      @@vin.ayy_8-- bhai.. I haven't found any credible study regarding the use of raw soy chunks/granules. so we will not recommend that.
      To heating is the only option we have so fat. Baki easy & quick soy recipes video next hai.. like always wednesday ko live hoga.

    Abb batao kitna calorie khana hai.
    Mai toh 1700 kcal ka khana khata hu.
    Sahi kar raha hu ya galat.

    I used to do workout then I had to stop doing it and I got fat and became 90kg then I started working out and now I became 74kg and built muscle little bit. So my question is do I need to bulk up again or now I can stop my calorie deficit and start my maintenance calorie? What should be my approach now please guide me.... Thank you
