Me paso lo mismo con mi dron 4 mini pro el mismo dia que lo compre, estaba aprendiendo a volarlo y lo choque porque se desactivaron los sensores en el vuelo. El dron se rompio un brazo. Lleve el dron de vuelta a DJI para que me den uno nuevo. Estoy esperando su respuesta.
I had the same issue and called DJI which asked that I sent the drone back to them but I got busy and didnt. About a month later I came back to my drone to see if maybe a software update was in place and Nada. I went through forums and did a little bit of research and Nada... Anyway, I could go on and on but what really fixed my issue was a "RESET ALL SETTINGS" procedure on the DJI Software app, it's in the "about" tab.
If you're using a propeller guard the sensors will not work ,i had the same problem and when i took the guard off all sensors working 100% very easy fix

Some say it resolved after a day or two, but some had to send their drone back for a replacement. Good luck, I have to get in touch with dji tomorrow if it still does not work for me.
Does its sensor work at night without propeller...? Please answer.., Because the sensor is not working at night in my drone (mini 4 pro) Please check and answer 🙏
If you just bought the mini 4 pro and is having those problem, mqke sure to calibrate all sensors on aircraft amd RC before flight and update through dji fly had this issue and now drone flys perfect
So I had that problem and apparently if there is not enough IR light, the sensors will not turn on. Those sensors are actually cameras I thought they were lidar. So just take it outside during the day light and they should activate. They do not work at night.
I have the dji mini pro 4 and had the vision sensor error where it said BKWD and FWD unavailable as well as UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT. The H icon in the upper right was red. I could not launch the drone as the launch icon was unavailable. I have the RC2 remote. I did the latest firmware update and the H was still red with the same message but the launch button was available now on the screen. I contacted dji through the chat to make sure the vision sensors would work and they said the H will remain red with the same message above but the H will turn white and the message goes away once you launch. I tried this and it worked.
Take to an open field when its nice and sunny and let it calibrate i had a small crash and mine wouldn't takeoff. It tried to recalibrate in my house a lot of times. Took it outside and instantly worked

Reset all settings fixed this shit?
@@ismailakgun97 yup, my propellers would not even run when that error message popped up, reset to default settings and fixed.
@@GT_Rider76 when this error go on on my drone its see ghosts in sky and auto brakes sometime i will try now reset all settings to avoid ghosts 👻
