BeJesus, Matthew! In a few short minutes I have learned that the Mini Pro 3 battery I just ordered puts me over the weight category. (Not too much of a problem, I bought the fly more, but I thought having 3 in the charger and 1 in the drone was the way to go.) I’ve learned that DJI supply a LUT! Thank God you’ve got the time to read the manual for all of us, thank you! I’ve subscribed and I’m hoping when I have a question you’ll reply. Keep up the great work.

Wow, you’re incredibly detailed! An EXPERT in my book for sure! I only recently got used to flying the Mini 3 to wanting to add-on the Mini 4 Pro! (Because of the obstacle avoidance mostly) I and REALLY glad they made all these batteries compatible without the minor differences! This is GREAT just the same. Nothing like messing with such a variety of batteries! Thanks a bunch!🇺🇸

I just purchased the Mini 4 Pro. As a Mavic 2 Zoom owner, I was surprised (initially disappointed) by its lightweight and compact size. It feels "toy-like" compared to previous DJI Mavic drones! The compact size and weight of the Mini 4 Pro makes travel super simple!

Thanks for your great info. As always, nobody seems to be talking about the issue of screen recording not going on the sd card on the rc2 and how difficult it is to get it off the controller I remember this being a issue on the 3 Pro hopefully dji fix this soon wasted hours on this problem

I love the ability of Folder and File naming changes. That is such a simple, but useful feature, I am surprised it took until now to get it. One question though. Say I use Loc1, Loc3, then Loc3 - shooting in each; can I then set it save back to Loc1? Great video, lots of good info. Going to grab the LUT from DJI

A great help, thank you. I just wish these drones would have a super slow setting! As much as I have tried, it always seems too fast for this novice and to my cost I have had a couple of bad bumps!

It would be nice to see function buttons on the touch screen also so that you can have the aux light there instead of taking up one of the rest remote buttons.
😊 Hello, I mentioned in other videos about doing a full video just on Gain and Expo settings, specifically for Mini 4 Pro and RC2, to include all of the settings (not just expo) that you use in each of the three modes, C, N, S. Then at the end, have a chart, or even something to download, that will show both the “defaults” and your settings. This would be super handy if one wants to TRY your setting, but then go back to default just for that setting, and not all restore defaults for all of them in that mode.
Your previous two videos (10 months ago and 3 weeks ago) don’t cover all of them settings and aren’t for Mini 4 Pro. I have also found that the RC-2 controller sticks are much looser than my previous N1 controller and therefore harder to control. Hence, I need new Expo settings.
Love to see the final results, and maybe with a downloadable chart in Numbers or Excel format, so I can change to my own values, if needed.

Really like your informative vids. One question, is there a way for the mini pro 4 drone to track a third party while you are in control of the drone. example, you are in one vehicle and you want the drone to follow another vehicle in front of you in tracking mode.

Great video. Can you tell me how to backup the aircraft internal storage? Mine is full and I cannot figure out how to backup the content and remove the files. I have a SD card installed but I don’t think the recordings are being added to the card.

Happy to help. Unfortunately not. Currently only the DJI RC2 & DJI RC-N2 are compatible with the Mini 4 Pro.
Matheww, I have observed from your video footage of the Mini 4 Pro, that it has at the top/rear what looks to be air vents. Could you elaborate on what they actually are?

I have a question. Is there a way to turn off the beeping noise the proximity sensors make when you get close to an object. I like to see the circles on the screen, but I do not like hearing the noise I do like hearing all the other audio alerts, like Homepoint, etc.

Your channel is fantastic. I have learnt so much from watching your videos. Thank you. I have just upgraded to a Mini 4 Pro. Have you been able to scan a QR code to access Wi-Fi? The current firmware doesn't appear to support hidden Wi-Fi SSIDs; when I try to scan a QR code, I can't get that to work either. Are you aware of these issues? Maybe I may be doing something wrong. I really enjoy your approach. I have learned a lot, and am still learning.
I currently have a Mini 2 with the RC-N1 controller, and I use the Drone Mask 2. I am getting set to upgrade to the Mini 4 pro. I have to decide if I am going to get the RC-N2 or the RC 2 controller. If I get the RC 2 controller, I can't use my Drone Mask. The main reason I got the Drone Mask 2 was so I could see the screen of my phone in daylight. How does the screen on the RC 2 compare to a phone screen? If I stop using the Drone Mask, will I be able to use the RC 2 in bright sunlight, or will I be looking for a shady area to fly from again?
