Thanks for making me laugh with your line about being a regionally popular TH-camr pulling in average views. 😂We enjoy watching your content. Keep it going!
It is commendable that you endeavor to provide honest reviews and information. Busting the recent so-called Amazon ad was good work. I also like to see emphasis on all the additional time, cost, and legal issues required to get a prefab to a livable condition.
A few more deets: My Chez Space told me they could ship the shed roof style to Utah and Idaho and other states. There’s a height limit for them to truck beyond Texas, so that was their limiting factor for the peak roof model. They also have a very cool DIY builder’s model shell, and can customize. You’re awesome, Kerry. Thanks for all you do!
I'm glad you included the site prep amount with the price on the Wolfe Industries model. I've always wondered how much more that might cost. Now I just have to find a piece of property on which to put it once I'm able to escape this prison that they call California. 😏
Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport, Tennessee is registered with TN as a modular home builder. You can order one, of several different models, built on wheels & a tralor and then remove the axles & hitch after delivery, OR it can be built on skids and delivered on a flatbed. They offer stick built tiny homes and container homes ranging from $70k to $165K.
There are tons of tiny house builders east of the Mississippi. Have you ever googled for any? Try "tiny house builders in eastern u.s." and see what you get. Many in NC alone, some of whom could probably really use the business right now.
Only if you order a shell (exterior complete with roof, windows, doors) and finish the interior yourself (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, appliances).
Thank you for making this. I am actively looking for a housing solution, and I’m leaning towards buying a cabin shell and finishing it myself. I have researched every quality prefab possibility available to me in Indiana, and I’m still not completely satisfied….yet!
I'm from Westfield Indiana. I have driven down to Tennessee to visit Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport. Newport is near the Smoky Mountains National Park. We made our trip a vacation to see the park and took one day to tour ITH's models. They are very affordable starting as low as $25k up to $140k. Research their utube channel and their website. With Indiana's log cabin laws a tiny home can be located in someone's back yard as long as it is on a permanent foundation. I find ITH's models very exciting and they are not a scam. Hope this info helps!
Wolf Industries! They do everything. I took a tour of their facilities and within an hour I got an estimate the total costs were going to be if they handled everything. Unfortunately, my vacant lot had too many problems to put a home on. Still looking for a piece of land that will work better. Kerry, go down there and check out their operation. No hardball sales tactics. They really want to make it easy for you to get a home.
Hi....can you pls say what problems your vacant lot posed? I am always wondering why more dont do this and i know sitework is one big issue but just curious what you have been through with your lot...:)
@@6EBEN9890 My lot was an oddball 30' x 300'. Just enough width to get a model F house on it with all the setbacks. There was to be barely enough room to squeeze in a driveway on the side of the home with a one car garage behind the house. Found out later the lot was actually 28' wide. There was also 8 large trees that needed to be removed. One of the big bonuses was the property had power/water/sewer at the street. The plan now is finding a small lot in a nice place and then contact Wolf.
@@6EBEN9890 The lot was a weird 30'x300' with a row of very large trees that would have to be removed to squeeze the house onto the property. The reason we tried to make it work was my parents bought it in the 70's and handed it down to me and all the hook-ups were already in the street. Wolf really made an effort to make it work. We'll try again but with a more doable property.
I'm one of the people who suggested this so thank you for doing it. The Wolf model is a very nice 2-BR layout, all on one floor. The finishes look nice. But how quickly $97k jumps to $160k! Understandably, there's more expense than just the house itself. The Chez Flex and View both look to have the same layout. I dislike the first floorplan where the bathroom opens right on to the sofa. That's a big no! The one with the bathroom in the middle makes so much more sense. I just find it odd that you walk into the bedroom from the front door and would like it much better if they flipped the layout to the bedroom in the back and LR/kitchen in the front. This would be a good series to continue with other builders and other locations. Maybe even some
The Wolfe one wouldn't even work for me as a cabin--not enough storage space. If I have to put a container or garage kit on just to have storage, I'd rather go for something bigger (that, yes, costs more). I'm downsizing my stuff, but I want more room to LIVE: an art studio, an exercise room plus a walk-in closet and my room. So, I'd need 2 of their E-models. I liked the one you showed a while back where you could add-on rooms as you needed. Also, not big on pressboard. The Chez do not have enough windows for my taste. Irrelevant because I too am in western Canada.
I like that you're covering lower cost homes. For so many that's the whole reason for downsizing. Any word on companies that deliver around the Midwest. Specifically Illinois, Wisconsin, and Upper Michigan?
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear that you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small Investment, thank you Jihan Wu you're such a life saver
As a beginner in this, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Jihan Wu is also my trade analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Mr Jihan Wu😊🎉
Thanks for the updated review. I've been to the Wolf Industries factory since I only live about 10 miles away. But I feel they are grossly over priced for the small home that they create and the price they quote is only good for delivery in my metro area or like within 20 miles. Additionally they are a small manufacturer that can't possibly offer better pricing based on stick building a home. When I think of prefab homes I think of a true mass produced home hopefully with good quality control and much better pricing!
Incredible Tiny Homes is a modular certified manufacturer in eastern Tennessee They would be a manufacturer for the eastern part of the country. They build tiny homes that can be attached as your family or budget grows. When you would no longer need the extra space, they can be easily detached and reconfigured as a stand alone you could resell.
ITH is only certified in TN, so their homes will not be approved out of state. They have yet to produce a modular home. They demand payment in full before starting the build on their tiny houses, and the same will be true for the modular homes, if they ever build one. I would never buy from a company that demanded payment in full before starting construction.
Hi Kerry, I live in Northern BC Canada , I’m on a disability income so am very limited to options as far as housing goes. I do however have land in which I am able to place a PF home on. Really like the pre-fabs you showed today.(they look much sturdier then what is offered through Amazon)) A little out of my budget. So I’m finding that the prefabs are either well built but too expensive for my budget or they are very reasonably priced but leave me feeling very unsure of durability etc. keeping in mind I live in Northern Canada. Do you have a suggestion for a PF that is affordable and built for Northern exposure. I enjoy your program, thanks so much.
I'm one of the people that think the prefab homes are to expensive. There is a popular builder (Tiny) in Texas that's affordable except shipping cost to high. I can't find any prefab builder in the Midwest. 500 square feet is what I'm interested in.
Hey, Kerry listens to his subscribers!
Very solid channel.
Thanks Tony 🙌🏼

Love The wooden interior and PRICE of the My Chez Space…sweet!
I like it too.
Wow, awesome! Gets me excited thinking I may own a home! Thanks for all your videos.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
My Chez Space has a nice T&G pine plank interior. I’ve been impressed with their DIY model pricing and simplicity.
I'm glad you included the site prep amount with the price on the Wolfe Industries model.
I've always wondered how much more that might cost.
Now I just have to find a piece of property on which to put it once I'm able to escape this prison that they call California. 😏
Delta is ready when you are...
Thanks for the Texas connection, Kerry!
Kerry, these are great options! Thank you very much for sharing the information with us! You're awesome!
Thanks Robert 👊🏻
Great video. Wolf is in my neck of the woods, first time hearing about them, not too bad.
Now all we need is an affordable one on the East coast of the US. 😏
Really why is it , they never have anything available here?

Have more options coming soon!
These looks great.
How about 60k or less. Do they exist?

Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching Dale
Could you look for some in the Midwest? Like Salem Structures in Ohio. They have a cabin line.
I like the exterior of the last one the best but with the separation of the bedroom and living space that the 2nd Chez model has.
Oh that Texas chez space great interior
Glad you like it
MAA Flex 400 is a winner for me. I love the separation of living room and bedroom, with the kitchen and bath in the middle.
glad you like it

I have some videos planned for that area later this month
How about east coast companies?
Great Job as Always, Thank You Sir!!!
Thanks for watching 🙌🏼
Those look really nice ! 👍
Thanks!
Hit 240k today. Appreciate you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 24k in August 2024
I would really love to know how much work you did put in to get to this stage

Waking up every 10th of each month to £210,000 it’s a blessing to I and my family… Big gratitude to this same Jihan Wu🙌
Hi Kerry, Can you list solely the manufacturers that build with metal frames?
Good idea
Good idea
I like the flex 400
Same

Thanks for sharing the Wolf website, since we're in Oregon, maybe we can finally get something suitable here I like the model E very much.🌹
I’m glad you like it!
Thanks for making this video! They're ready and available now! 👍👍👍
No problem, thanks for watching
👍👍👍, Great job Kerry tks man
Appreciate it!
I need this in my life
Thanks for watching 😃
Kerry, can you post a list of builders by country and indicate whether or not they are international, etc.
Working on it!

Maybe you can do a video with all of the companies per state.
Thats a good idea
okay.. when are you going to cover Canada???? We need to know the options too!!!
I was in Canada all Summer. Check back in the video catalogue I covered options from BC all the way to New Brunswick
Do most of these companies sell their products on the internet, or do they have people working for them
People working for them
I heard about a company that does steel frame prefabs in Miami. Maybe you did that on your show already?
Thank you so much! 😍

Wolfe floor plans: no laundry facilities observed.
Cottage style
Yeah!
I need your assistance.
the second unit is like Motel Embasy suites
Kerry, I'll buy you a burger if you can find more options in the South Eastern states!😂
Would be nice if you could post more affordable homes 50-70 would be great! 100,000 home I would say I’s not that affordable for majority of folks. ✌🏼
The Wolf Industries link says it’s suspended
Not bad. Island sinks are a no-no for me. Dirty dishes belong in the corner or against a wall. Anything further east under 70Gs?
Im always on the lookout for more affordable options. Hopefully find something in that area soon
If you build a prefab by yourself in a garage, can it be done for 1/3 of the price ?
Can they ship to the desert In California???? Palm Springs
Which one?
Ummmm…. Could you please find prefab home builders in the New England area:). Much appreciated:)
Will try!
Can you send it to Virginia
You’re doing pretty good eh,mahalo
Hi Kerry! Do you edit videos yourself or outsource it? I’m an editor and would love to discuss, if you’re interested
Average views but not an average person! A hard worker sensitive to people's needs and willing to go the extra mile.
In case of fire, I want 2 doors.
Feet? Feet?...... What is this Unit of measurement that our Canadian Friend speaks of..... 🤔
Noice...
Thanks
These all look like DIY Home Depot Sheds 🤮
I'm #69
talk a little and cut... talk a little and cut...repeat over and over-- very unnatural.. I wanted to like this channel but awful editing/narration
