I've had Mint Mobile on my second phone for almost 2 years - it uses its parent company TMobile's network and Mint was owned by Ryan Reynolds the actor before TMobile bought it last year. I Love Mint!
Lloyoll, I'm a high end custom homebuilder in Mexico. Your Scandanavian architectural instincts are spot on, I'm envious of your skill. I love every inch of this design, especially material selections. This is not a "home", it's a work of art. Skoal, my brother. Kerry, my wife and I are moving to Bellingham WA... rather than managing design-team/procurement/subs/craftsmen etc as a Contractor, I've decided factory-built is the smart way to go for an old retired guy. We've been Googling all the Mod/Mfd builders in the Pacific Northwest... your YT site has opened my eyes to a world of design and options I didn't know existed. Subscribed and very appreciative of what you are doing. One builder you should look at up here, Timberland Homes... outstanding architecture, meticulous build.
wow their smallest unit at 424 sq ft is 350k that is absolutely insane. Prefabs are supposed to be a cheaper alternative to buying an already constructed home. But in my area i can buy a already constructed family home with 1200 sq water/electricity aready hooked up, along with a 1/4 acre of land for 300k..
@@lionelhowell4972 so far i like bob's shipping containers from texas. I don't need much living space. just want it on big land to build a homestead then i can travel and not have to worry about having a big house to clean.

I am so glad to see that gas hob. Yes to the corner windows and the expanded space and storage for full-time living. The wood burning stove is a must. I need a bathtub shower combo. I guess I’ve made a couple of (negative) comments regarding my concerns of the Lloyoll products become they’re the most beautiful and livable looking prefabs on the market and I’m looking them as my future home and these items I’d need to have addressed in “my future build”.
Hi Kerry, another great home. I have questions about longevity of these types of homes and potential resale value. It would be great if these topics were addressed as it is likely I'm not the only one with these questions.
Hi Kerry, I appreciate that you are busy. Hope you might find a few minutes to address my questions or have the builder comment. Buying a home is a huge expense, and I want to get it right. Respect.
Name for this segment of the program "Why & How". 😀 But in all seriousness, yes, the gentleman's company and other's like him are not only the future of residential building, they are the NOW of it as well!
closed shelving on every wall. PERFECT. lofts that wreck your knees are a waste of space. Make it storage or better to utilize a nice roof top deck area.
Greetings from hurricane-prone Florida. How do you micro-adjust for wind and what is your top-end rating? I've seen some prefab homes built in Florida for 170mph.
Speaking of opportunities, anyone who cooks, immediately sees with the fixed louvers that connect the airspace between the kitchen and bedroom as an “opportunity” for their bedroom to smell like old food as it will marinate your bed sheets, pillows and stored clothing.
In a well insulated home this always needs to be compromised with. Living in 400sqft with super insulation I find more outside air best. If the air exchanger can’t handle it I open all windows and dump the smells. Then close up again. Simple and often refreshing.
I must say that I’ve had to climb a loft “ladder” like that before in bare feet and it is down right painful. The squared edges of the rungs dig right into the soles of your feet.
As much as i like the idea, the cost is simply outrageous....the whole setup costs about 600k CAD + tax ....the main part alone would cost 400k + tax ,....just wow....the mud pod which connects the main to the two guest bedrooms costs 60k....and yes, that drum costs 500CAD and the bench is $400.....womdering who exactly buys these prefabs.....
Very nice I like it. I think he is wrong about being the future of housing. I think the future is in 3D Printing homes and also homes that can be flat packed shipped to a job site and assembled.
It's a great house, but if you have 2 people in the main bedroom, and 2-4 up in that loft, and a couple more in the guest wing---why the heck wouldn't you have a second bathroom? Did I miss something? I grew up in a house with 6 people and 1 bathroom and it's chaos. I don't get the idea here, unless they aren't planning to have guests very often.
I need at least a bath and a half in order to maintain peace just between my husband and myself! So for a family or quests it's a necessity. If you're paying a lot you should expect at least a bath and 1/2 preferably 2 full baths. If your building with a flexible builder then why in the world would you not insist on that?
Style points seem to define that, rural deluxury. One thing would be to invent a tall wall of cabinets that has a built in ladder, or if to really show off, a ladder converted into a escalator kinda like those that roofers use to send the bundles. Or, a centralized robotic arm with a chair for ultimate in relaxation that positions the occupant directly at any height to reach shelving and replace stairs. A lazy susan built into the house to rotate the wall around for a giant single room structure that morphs into other rooms, and as it spins around, murphy furniture seems to fold out from the walls, videogame consoles and pinball machines and cotton candy and popcorn machines and even the floor reveals a brunswick pool table, that was made in new brunswick to make it more authentic, and to ensure they are getting a new product, a NEW brunswick table!
All these units are great. However customers need land, contractors to tie everything together. I have found no contractors want to deal with this low level job.

There's plenty of storage throughout the home so the loss of one cupboard is negligible. 2) As an avid cook, I would add a kitchen island and a stand alone gas oven, either by Wolf or BlueStar. 3) There's no living room so I would delete the bonus room and loft beds on top and expand the floor space to make a large living room.
