Beautiful home, carpeted bedrooms and an opening window in the bathroom, GREEN where all the blue is and it would be perfect for me! Thanks for the tour!
I loved the floor plan on this one. The way it is laid out, you could easily build it out with wider doors and make the kitchen ADA for wheelchair users. Not many have the space or right layout, but this one does. It would be perfect for that.
When I saw this in the background of one of your recent vids, I was looking forward to seeing it and I wasnt disappointed. What a beautiful home. Im already envisioning myself living in this. Just the perfect size and has everything I could ever need. I love the workmanship on all the Westwood Cabins that you have shown.
Pretty well done, but kitchen needs some real cabinetry and a pantry. Bathroom needs a window that opens so you can vent steam as well as venting hot air. Bedrooms need a window on the back wall for cross breeze/venting hot air as well. Living room looked to be the only room to have a window on the back wall.
The walls are tongue and groove solid white pine. Standard with all Westwood Cabins. No laminate. Cedar ceilings are optional, but what is shown in this cabin is pine, sealed with a clear poly.
Although the materials look pretty, I would not want to cook in a hallway directly across from the bathroom. Make the kitchen L-shaped and turn the bathroom sideways so that the kitchen is part of the living area instead of in the hallway across from the bathroom…
Good suggestions, Roberta. All Westwood customers get to choose every aspect of their homes. Including where the kitchen goes, how big it is, what amenities it has. The definition of a "bespoke" builder!
It's a shed,,, with about 4k of framing and exterior!!!!!! This is why people are broke and complaining, blowing money on a 10 year building is a waist of money
These are not 10-year buildings. They are built to the same code as site built, but in a production facility and transported to a permanent foundation. They are considered real estate and are appraised, and appreciate in value, as site built. The owner (who has actually comparison-shopped custom homes) was elated at the result and the cost, and did not consider it a "waste" of her money.

I totally agree!

Thank you so much. It really is a beautiful home. Thank you for watching 😁
I agree.
Green is my fave.
This is my favorite one so far how high would property taxes be on these?
Yes this one is absolutely stunning. I have no clue what the taxes would be. Each county is different.
One thing all these houses are missing is a broom closet. There is no place for a broom, mop, vacuum, all that has to go somewhere.

The 2nd bedroom would be my closet/ storage room.
Are the walls real cedar or are they a laminate product, the cedar ceilings look great, what is the square feet of the residence, thank you

The square feet is 763.
do you make homes with lofts?
They actually do. Please go look at some of the other cabin videos on this channel 😁

Needs as bigger closets, lights in bath should be lower, anyone buying would both add alot to make it doable properly.
Everyone is different, Angel. All Westwood cabins are sold before they are built, and customer-approved before they are paid for.

There was nothing special about it. 152k No fricking way!!

Large walk in shower and No Tub!
There was a free standing tub.
There is nowhere to put canned goods And other grocery items and your pots and pans. I would get claustrophobic in this No way
Yes beautiful but way to much
