    ተባረኩ ልጆቼ አላህ ይስጥልን ደግሞ ክፉ አይንካችሁ።እኔ ዕድሜዬ 56 ነው።ከወጣትነት ዘመኔ ጀምሮ ክብደቴ በጣም ትልቅ ነው።ለመቀነስ ጥረት አድርጌ አልተሳካልኝም።በዚህ ላይ ከፍተኛ የደምግፊት ታማሚ ነኝ።እንደድሮ እንኳን እንዳልንቀሳቀስ የጉልበት በሽተኛ ሆኜ ስራዬን። በገዛ ፈቃዴ ለቅቄ ቤት ውስጥ መዋል ከጀመርኩ ሰነባብቻለሁ።የአመጋገብ ስርአቴን ባላችሁት መሰረት ማስተካከል እንዳለብኝ አምናለሁ ።የእንቅስቃሴ ነገር ግን አሁን ባለሁበት ሁኔታ ይከብዳልና አሁንም ምክራችሁን እሻለሁ ።አላህ ያክብራችሁ

      አይዞሽ እህቴ ውፍረትከተወለድን በኦላ የሚመጣ ነገር ነው በቀላሉ ማጥፋት ይቻላል ትህግስትና ቆራጥነት ይጠይቃል ፡ የማይቻል የለም ከዩቱብ ላይ ጤነኛ ምግቦች ፈልገሽ በጣፈጠ መልኩ መስራት ትችያለሽ ግሪን ሻይ በቀን 5 ብርጭቆመጠጣት ውሃ በሎሚ ዝንጅብልና እርድ እያፈላሽ ሎሚ አርገሽ ለጣህሙ ትንሽ ማር አርገሽ ተጠቀሚ ሳትሰለቺግዜ ይፈልጋል ስፖርት በተቀመጥሽበት እጅሽን ወደ ላይናታች እያረግሽ መስራት. እንደ ዳባ ፖስታ ሩዝ የተጠበሰሰ ነገር ከቻልሽ ማቆም ። ፈጣሪ ይርዳሽ 🥰

    በጣም በጣም እናመሰግናለን ጥሩ ትምህርት ነው ብዙዎቻችን ለአመጋገባችን ትኩረት ባለ መስጠት ለአላስፈላጊ የሰውነት ክብደት መጨመር እንጋለጣለን ስለዚህ ምክራችሁ በጣም ጠቃሚ ሆኖ አግኝቼዋለሁ በርቱ በዚሁ ቀጥሉበት።
    ምናልባት ካላስቸገርኩ በዙሁ አጋጣሚ ስለ ስኳር በሽታ ህመም በተለይ type 2 diabetes ወይም ሁለተኛ ደረጃ የስኳር ህመምን በተመለከተ እንደዚሁ ጠቃሚ ምክራችሁን ብትለግሱን ከአክብሮት ጋር እጠይቃለሁ አመሰግናለው።

    We want to know more about the health benefits of Saturated fats. Some doctors tell us that Saturated fats are healthy , others say saturated fats clog our arteries and could cause heart disease and stroke and so on. Which one is right ? How many grams of saturated fat is safe to eat it on a daily basis ? Should we limit our daily saturated fat intake ? or should we consider it healthy ? Because if it is healthy , I think we don't have to worry about limiting our daily intake. What would you recommend ? Please update us on the latest about the advantages if any and disadvantages of Saturated fat in our diet and hope to hear from you soon. We appreciate what you are doing and thank you.

      Mr. Tadios Beyene, there are three types of fat in our diet, 1saturated fat 2, unsaturated fat 3, trans fat
      Saturated fats are unhealthy if consumed more than the daily recommended amount which is , 5-6 % of your total daily calorie intake. You should not consume more than 13 grams of fat from saturated ones. Because saturated fats will increase your cholesterol level and low density lipoproteins which are bad for your heart and blood vessels leading to stroke and also obesity.
      Saturated fats are found in ,cheese, butter, high fat cuts of meat, coconut oil and palm oil.
      Unsaturated ones are considered healthy. So for your body needs healthy fat because it has it's own purpose in your body, you should replace most of your saturated fat diet with that of unsaturated fat diets. Unsaturated fat diets are found in, Avocado, olive oil, peanut, vegetable oil, fish(like salmon) and nuts.
      Trans fat is found in processed foods like milk and other foods. But now adays the food and drug administration has taken steps to eliminate the trans fats from the market eventhough there are still some found. I hope this was helpful.

      @@dr.eyerus.b4820 Thank you I was able to read the entire message later on. Though I am wondering about the 13 gms of saturated fat intake a day you've recommended. If you google it , you will find that 20 to 21 gms of Saturated fats a day is safe to eat. That is what any nutritionist in the country( i.e the US)where I am residing temporarily advises you. I am just curious again why there is a difference of 8 gms between the US and Ethiopia. 20 or 21 - 7 or 8 =13
      I am not trying to say Dr. Berg is right and to my surprise even my own doctor agrees with Dr. Berg though. However he also advise me not to eat too much of it. So I will follow my doctor's advice. In the final analysis , I would say that there is no one who could give us a clear cut answer about the advantages and disadvantages of saturated fats.
      Last but not least is ..., Would you mind to recommend the best clinic and hospitals in Addis we can go to when we need it? Thanks.
