This is cool. After watching some of your other videos I had to subscribe because of one of your previous videos I left a comment in. Which you described the quality of what it looks like to watch a video in VR in terms a PC gamer/Tech person can understand. (Screen Resolution) Those of us who know and can tell the quality difference between 720p, 1080p, 2k, and 4k. Using those descriptors makes a world of difference when trying to think about and comprehend visual quality and PC performance. I am one of those people who know that reviewers that buy new video cards, then leave reviews talking about how great it is, but forget to say what resolution they run it at. How that does not help with making an informed decision. Leaving out information like the resolution you run something at for example. Makes it difficult to get an accurate example of comparison and doesn't help those of us who use those details to figure out just how well something will actually perform and look. In that video, you described in spec terms that make it easy to compare and think about based on a reference I know well. Keep up the great videos.
Tried SPATIAL TV today. How do I get more streaming services running? I reached the sidebar on the left, it showed Chrome and TH-cam and a + icon. Pressed the + , got to all the streaming apps like primevideo and apple tv, Disney+. Selected Disney+ and had it on the sidebar. But now moving the cursor the left of the screen there is no more + button. Where did it go? How do I get back to the selection page. Also Chrome disappeared and now there are two youtube icons on the left. Does it all work via the chrome browser via the app's homepages? HELD MUCH APPRECIATED. Or a link to a how to of the app itself. Did not find it ...
Hey there, thanks for your comment, I have yet to use streaming services myself because I mainly do Netflix. Could be a bug that your + icon is missing?
Thanks for the video! I have noticed that with Prime Video the quality is not the best. It gives a little pop up saying the browser being used won’t allow for HD video. Not sure if they’ve fixed that yet, it’s been quite a bit of time since I’ve tried it.
Speaking of batteries...are there solutions for batteries not being able to 'feed-through' a PC link cable or USB to HD situation? I have not looked into a secondary battery, I just use a splitter into the Quest connector that also lets me break in with a secondary power source like the Quest plug in charger. I understand many people will just use a wireless link for gaming, but for me, I don't game and like to get the highest vid quality with cables. So are there any batteries that you can also feed a link cable through? Thanks.
Interesting question, I haven't come across a solution like that yet. Do you mean a battery that doesn't occupy USB port that is usually used for Quest link? Can you clarify it for me?
@@reality-rise The battery will plug to the Quest USB. It should also have a splitter inside it's case with it's own USB port for the link-cable or USB to HD. I tried to paste a link here but YT didn't like it so here is the name of what I use. Aceele USB C Hub 10Gbps, USB 3.2 Gen 2 HUB with 2 USB-C 3.2 and 2 USB-A 3.2 Port, 100W Power Delivery,
@@annode To be honest, I have never implemented a solution like that so I cannot give you a direct answer but I am willing to figure that out myself too.
@@reality-rise Ok. Just wanted to know if any battery system w/headmount in your experience also supplied link cable support. Using the splitter I use, you can also plug in a battery to it that will power the Quest and the splitter, but be isolated from any of the inputted devices like a PC, a HD, or thumb drive. Thanks for replying.
Great app! But since 2 months I only have sound, no video. It does not matter what streaming service I use, really strange. Has someone encounter this and have a fix..?😮
First thing I did not like is how u speak its really slow and it feels like your not speaking with enough emotion but or else everything is PERFECT!!! 🙏🙏🙏 keep it up man +1 fan
This is just how I normally speak but it's also to illustrate my points a little more clearly. Everyone has their taste in articulation style. Thanks for the support mate!
@@reality-rise I like how you speak. I'm sick of all the videos on TH-cam where everybody talks without full stops. It's like they're in a panic that you're going to stop watching. I turn their videos off. You speak clearly and well, and give good relevant information. If anybody wants it faster or slower they can change the playback speed in the settings.
Getting my Quest 3 today, so excited to try out all these apps soon :).
Ohh yeah! Lets go
Thx

Very glad to have brought you that perspective my dude!
Underrated channel for real
Much appreciated man
This guy is funny 😂😂😂

Creative director for Drum Beats Online here. Thanks for showing our video in your demo!
Hey there! Thanks for enjoying :) Did you mean to say in this video? Or another video that covered the Paradiddle app?
@@reality-risehi there. This video. You showed some of our video. Appreciate it!
@thebrilliantrj Ohh, you mean the clips from the concert POV. Hell yeah man, you're welcome! Tell Gabe that I love his stuff haha.
@@reality-rise Will do! You're putting out great content!

Does spatial tv support side loaded content?
Not that I know of right now
Cool 👍

Ah thanks for your input man, haven't got Prime video myself but if that's the case, let's hope they'll add fixes / functionality for HD streaming.

Got my Meta Quest 3, and Spatial TV, but when I open it, I only see a google browser. How do I get my streaming apps added?
There is a sidebar located on the left outside the screen, it will pop up if you hover/click that area.
What about TH-cam tv?
better just watch youtube on the app
I use the TH-cam app primarily for that but the lighting in this app for watching stuff like concerts makes it a lot of fun!
I tried special TV and I didn’t like it. You can’t curve the screen.
Ah yes. I don't find it too much of a dealbreaker but it might be introduced in the future.
Wait till I get me a quest 3 🙂↕️
Yeahhh! Letsgooo
Govee.. works better in real life :) That being said.. going get one thanks mate
You're welcome mate!
Wish they would let you watch 3d movies I have saved locally on my quest 3
Ah yeah, I couldn't find the local files option either. Hope they'll add in a feature for that!
just sideload moonvr or 4xvr with rookieside loader or pay for it normally

Oh thats weird :( Haven't encountered that problem myself yet
The code is not working 😢
Hey man, forgot to mention it was for a temporary period
Spacial TV is pretty nice

Not having Netflix on it is a positive thing 😂

It’s his video and how he talks. That’s wild that you’re outing him on something that’s naturally him. Rude even.
