  • This 10 minute inner thigh workout will help you slim and tone your legs for a slimmer and shaped look. These 10 minutes focus both on your inner and outer thigh so you will definitely feel the burn. Combine this workout with my other I thigh workouts for faster and better results. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.
