I bought your kit from Amazon and it fixed the problem.Watching the video first before doing it really did help.I ran the print test about 5 times before it printed black properly and not grey.I now don't have to buy a new printer and it was worth the $18 I spent on buying the kit.Thank you so much.

My HP printer stopped printing the yellow and magenta. Watched your video. Learned the cause of the problem was having the printer turned off for several months. Ordered your kit from Amazon. The kit and your instructions fixed the problem - easy peasy! Thank you!

This kit and instructions worked when by color printing stopped. You saved me from buying a new printer and filling the landfill with my old one! Thanks.

Saved my printer. My HP 6962 has a print head that I cannot remove. I had just received a flush kit(liquid, bottle, syringes and instructions) the instructions indicating that I should contact HP for support on print head removal - sure. I followed your process and while a little messy, I am back in business.

Your tips actually fixed my blue ink from not printing, I needed to push a littler harder into the print head and then redid the clean print head feature for the 5 th time but all of the sudden I saw some blue, all is good now. I thought for sure it was not going to work, thank you!

Oran again, if you can’t help me, what slim line modern looking wireless printers do you recommend? Something that looks like my envy 110

How can you tell which printers this works for? Adapters? I have a HP Photosmart D7300, the 6 individual cartridges are not directly riding on the print head, but are installed horizontally and stationary.

Your kit is not working for me. I keep flushing the print head out but my full yellow cartridge won’t print. After running the clean print head function on the printer several times, the quality report looks good, but when I go to print a color picture, it acts like it runs out of ink. I manually refill my cartridges, do you think the sponge inside the cartridge went bad or got dirty?

There's a support email address on the instructions. Can you get in touch with a picture of your nozzle test pattern and we'll help you out?

Thanks for the video! These HP printers are really poorly designed, had no issues with any of the colours until I replaced the cartridges, after that nothing but trouble and HP's after sales support is totally worthless.

my hp 6978 was printing well. (ive had it for like 2 months) always plugged in. couple days ago i printed something and it started out fine then went all streaky and multi coloured. (should have been all black lettering) tried to reprint and i get blank pages. tried cleaning with options, blank, new ink, blank. tried the damp paper towel under the print head to clean, blank. I got SOME colour with a print test but very little and no black, now its back to blank. Should I even attempt this method of cleaning or does it sound like my printer is dead.

I would take it back if it's under warranty. 2 months suggests something else might be at fault

It works, just use 91% Alcohol and hot water, repeat repeat, until it unclogs and use a Syringe

Thanks for the clear information - i tried to open and take out the printer head first but failed due to unclear fixing points making it impossible... to 'clean it inside' didn't come to my mind $-( this is really a nuisance to build such complicated crap... professional is different. Thanks - HP didn't show such Info.

I left my printer unplugged for over a week so I checked the ink levels and all was fine even the black. I did the auto clean, that didn't work, I did a color check and all colors are fine except for the black, I put fluid in the black section and left it for a couple of hours and of course the all the cartridges moved to the right of the printer. When I returned, I noticed a puddle of black ink so now I have no idea what that means.

That's what I saw in my HP 6830 after checking to see why it was not printing..What does all that ink inside mean..What happened..it finally showed a message that the printhead oxc 19a0023 was damaged..How?
