I do NOT like the wrinkly appearance of the finished PUFF design!! I could never sell that.

Puff is temperamental, it doesn't matter what the brand. Using a conventional heat press gives more consistent results, but there are a lot of factors that affect the finished appearance. In this video, the variability in the avocado design is the result of layering on top of another smooth HTV. What I've learned is that the texture of your base material can show through on the puff. If you check out the article I wrote that goes along with this video, you can see photos of test presses on the puff and puff plus that are smoother but they show the texture of the jersey knit fabric it is pressed on. Even Siser gives a huge caveat in the description for their own Easy Puff HTV: "Easy™Puff expands after heat application to create a 3-D appearance with a unique texture every time."
If you are doing anything with Puff, the key is to test press. It's just the nature of this material.
