Actually I think John was just okay with the camera at first. He got better and better and he has better equipment. Now John is just as good with the camera as his dad is with a gun. Such an awesome team!
This is the only channel that i watch a person shoot and enjoy himself. Everyone else is too busy reviewing not enjoying. He does both with style.

How much for a box of 50 on average?
@@grumpysquid in box stores the lowest I've seen is $26 for box of 50 (and that's Sig Sauer FMJ). Online, like LAX and Freedom Munitions (weak stuff) for $0.30 each. The best way to shoot 10mm is to reload it.

I’ve always been very interested in the idea of this unique Glock. 10mm intrigue me, so I was excited to check out this video. Great video as usual sir, I thoroughly enjoy your videos.
I was interestef in the 10mm a few years back and decided to try it out. After lookin around for a platform i got the g20. I discoverd i love 10mm and glocks are great all around platforms. The g20 was my first glock. But not yhe last.
This is a classy well done channel. This is where I go to find out about my next gun. So much knowledge and expertise in and of shooting. Thank you for what you do. Roll Tide !!!

Love my G20 and love that you used full-power ammo. Trophy Bonded may not be the very hottest on the market but it's not down-loaded like most loads from the major brands.
There's nothing that gets me comfy when I'm feeling down like watching hickock enjoy shooting some of all those beautiful firearms he gets to enjoy. Thank you for sharing the fun.

Videos like this are fun to watch.It's funny how the sound on a video works,some of the targets seem to start falling a fraction of a second before you hear the round hitting them.
It's the same if you're are there live. It takes a second for the sound to get back to the shooting table.
Hickok caused me to go and buy another gun today. I felt the need to buy another Bolt action .308 rifle Mossberg Patriot it his fault I can blame it on Hickok...lol

I think this is the first video I’ve seen of 10mm hitting steel. Wow. That’s got some umph to it
Hot loaded 10mm is about the same as .357 magnum
About the same as 41 mag, 10mm is more powerful than 357 mag
@@danielpuerto4621 better look again, I just looked at Underwood's website, and .357 and 10 mm are neck and neck, 41 mag is almost 400 Ft lbs more energy than both 357 and 10mm. I looked 155gr 10mm and compared it 158 GR .357, and also 180 GR to 180 GR, all those loads were in the 700-800 fr lb range, 41 magnum 210 GR hp was 1135 ft lbs. Reason I looked at Underwood's is because they're the hottest factory load I know of, and they're numbers are pretty close to the test I've seen on here.

I love the smell of fresh gunpowder in the morning it goes right there with breakfast.
This is our anti-bear gun when in in the bush in Alaska. If you have a charging grizzly you want this. I'd rather have 15+1 of high impact 10mm than 5 S&W 500 in a revolver.
My guess is you wont need 16 rounds if a grizzly is charging you. One or two rounds at most, and they might as well be big ones. Bigger than a 10mm.

I own a Glock 20, but it's not what I took to Alaska. I carried a .475 Linebaugh there. Just one man's opinion.
A 6 rounds 44 magnum revolver is my choice for this issue.

G20 , first handgun i ever bought 7 yrs ago. Got it for home defense and woods carry in case of Bear or Lion attack. I call it "The Pulverizer"!!!

My first (and still only) Glock is a G20 I bought to celebrate returning from Desert Storm (I was a civilian contractor) back in the day. It was a then very new model and I bought it mostly on faith as I hadn't seen any of the gun rag reviews while over seas. I've shot a gazillion rounds through it since and it just works. It's not nearly as accurate as my Delta Elite, but it surely is hard to argue with 15+1 180gr JHP's moving at 1250FPS for inside 25 yards.
My Glock and DE shooting experiences over the decades have made me a huge fan of the 10mm Auto. My .41 Redhawk mostly sits idle in the safe now a days when range day comes around; hopefully Bill Jordan's ghost understands...
I agree, the G20 works and the capacity is very good, but I am a better shot with my P220 Elite 10mm. I believe this has to do with the weight difference of polymer vs metal frame as the Sig has much less recoil.
I prefer to use 200 or 220 grain hardcast lead.
I don’t blame you, as the Delta Elite is awesome, but for actual hunting, you may want to bring that 41 magnum back out sometimes (:

@@ironmikehallowween I agree for larger game at longer ranges (whitetail's at 75 yards for example), but for smaller game or even whitetail inside of 50 yards which is where most hand guns should be used, I think both calibers would perform very well given proper shot placement and correct bullet selections.

Best Millimeter! My first 10mm was a Gen 4 Glock 40 and my oh my, it's one of my favorite handguns to shoot. It's so versatile, with an RMR on top I can easily hit a torso target unsupported out to 150yds and I have a threaded barrel and shooting suppressed subsonics through it is a riot as well. Still considering getting a Glock 20 or 29 for woods carry since holster options for the Glock 40 are extremely limited. Especially in the configuration I have it in.

Back in the day had a Delta Elite. Kicked like a mule. Sold it. Years later picked up a G20. The Glock absorbs the recoil. Still my Colorado Mtn. gun.
