@@vickybiagini8623 It's remarkable how rapidly this field is progressing. Just a decade ago, conversations about reversing aging seemed like science fiction, but now leading experts are predicting viable treatments within the next 10-15 years. I share the optimism that affordable and accessible age reversal therapies will become a reality in our lifetimes, offering profound benefits for humanity. I'd frame the question another way: If you didn't have to look like you were 120, would you want to live to that age? Being a shriveled old prune that becomes smaller and even more shriveled and wrinkled each year is not what someone wants either.
That David Sinclair mentioned he can work with people and help them reduce biological age more than a year within a calendar year. I would love to know more, please.
I visited my 88-year-old mum today in a nursing home. She had an other covid-19 contagion in the last few days and was very weak. And besides that she is with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. She is 29 years older than me. I wish I could be in a better codition in her age.
High dose niacin B3 1500mg for 41 days will raise HDL and lower LDL. It's dead cheap but you must be able to withstand the flushing redness from immediate vasodilation. It only lasts an hour top the redness and allergy-like feeling will go away and the more you take it the less flushing you get. Try it and compare your levels before and after.
Loss of GSH, Melatonin, NAD, etc with age is preventable. A Family member is dealing with severe atopic dermatitis, and modern medicine has not helped him one iota. I found a wound care center in Florida that applies IV GSH for wound healing. My family member has the ability to take Liposomal GSH, and will not move on it, since the real answers lie with modern medicine.
I'm going to play Devil's Advocate and take the position that aging is not a disease, but actually planned obsolescence built into our evolutionary code by necessity. Perhaps it's not a bug, but a feature. As much as I wish this wasn't the case, I'm also concerned we risk destabilizing society in many more ways than we can possibly predict if we do not take a thoroughly circumspect approach. I do think it's an objective worth pursuing, but I also believe it requires a deeply systemic approach to re-configuring one of the most stable factors in humanity's evolutionary landscape thus far. Aging has undeniably played a central role in our social systems and psychological make-up, even as we have succeeded in incrementally delaying it. Incremental progress is one thing, but leap-frogging our lifespan within a generation is almost certainly going to unleash a myriad of unforeseen consequences, for better and worse. In actuality, I'm completely neutral on the subject. I'm simply suggesting that aging, like forgetting to the human brain, may be a vital component in the intricate homeostatic balance of civilization. I'm not saying this means aging cannot be overcome, but that the impact on productivity may be the least of our concerns in terms of its complex interplay with societal stability and cohesion.
Is it wrong that the day should end and the sun should set? Course not, death is a part of the cycle of life. To view it as something that should be fought, a disease, I think is extremely ignorant and immature.
Not really. Disease is not of God. Neither are vaccines and other poisons. Humans are designed to live over 100 actually. It's those who are doing the Devil's work trying to stop that
I admire the work being undertaken but top scientists IE Lord Robert Winston states that the bio markers that are used as evidence "don exist" . its hard to know what to believe.
People need to understand that by being alive we are constantly at risk to die...that's the deal, obvious but we bury this thinking under the soil. Aging push this curve exponentially after 50 and there's a hard wall to destroy that makes our body to break down almost totally at around 80. The cases David talked regarding his colleagues dying should be a reminder to all that this mission against aging and death is one of the most important,if not the most, thing to do.
The sick care system needs to be retired...replaced by a true healthcare system whose mission is to help people make better lifestyle choices for their particular genetics and as a result they will age more slowly and avoid the chronic diseases that have been created by processed foods, sugar and pollution.
Taking a combination of supplements every day consistently definitely works to "indirectly" age backwards. What this combination (protocol) does "directly" is safely raise an older person's ENERGY AND VITALITY. With this "extra energy" What one needs to do is use up that energy in EFFICIENT EXERCISE. The more efficient the exercise (the biggest bang for the buck) the less time you spend doing the exercise. I live on a mountain in the jungles of Panama 🇵🇦 and have been following a supplement protocol for over two years now (daily) and have used the "extra energy" to run a little over a mile three times per week. Now this run involves some VERY STEEP HILLS which take you to a TOTAL HYPOXIC LEVEL..... like at the top of the hill you feel like throwing yourself on the road just to breathe. You don't push it to a heart attack level... what happens is at the beginning of this protocol you can only "briskly walk" up that hill. Two years into this DISCIPLINE I am now RUNNING up that hill then catching my breath and running up the next small hill... OK I'll be 68 in January and would have thought this discipline to be imposible TWO YEARS AGO before adopting this discipline which would have been impossible without the supplements. As you age your energy depletes.... NAD levels drop.... very basic right... The most "bullet proof" way to beat aging is to SAFELY SUPPLEMENT IN ORDER TO GET THAT EXTRA ENERGY (which is what I have been doing) then not waste it (the extra energy) and run up that extremely steep hill. My progress on this discipline has been posible thanks to NMN. Plus Fisetin, Resveratrol, Quercetin, TMG, R-ALA, Apigenin and several others which I don't think affect the "energy level boost" needed for this "run" (intermittent very high impact) exercise. Thank you David for sharing your supplement protocol which there isn't a doubt in my mind has enabled me to do this. According to Attia, Huberman, and many others ONLY THE EXERCISE impacts aging. Well if you would have told me "Bob run up that hill" two years ago my response would have been quite rude sending you to a real HOT PLACE (not on earth) OK... 10:16 David when the rats that lived 50% longer were given NMN did those rats sit behind a computer all day just to look forward to the afternoon and watch a football game on that comfortable couch?? Hell no THEY BROKE THEIR TREADMILL. Now I don't suggest people become "athletic junkies" in their old age especially. That's why living on this mountain and running that mile (100%hypoxic 3 - times in 15 minutes) ,there isn't a level spot on this hill, has worked for me without taking up hours of my time. I need to thank Andrew Huberman along with David Sinclair because other than the supplements I will not do this run without HIS HACK. This requires drinking my coffee right around sunrise and after the second cup (plus some of the supplements) I take a hotter than hell bath then COLD.... the coffee does enable dopamine RECEPTORS and of course the COLD water gives you a good dopamine kick in the rear to "man up" and do the run. Ok if anyone has read this far he or she will probably say "this guy is crazy, I simply want the EASY WAY OUT" a pill. Sorry the rats broke the treadmill..... they didn't sit behind a computer then look for that comfortable couch!!!! Thanks to all the dedication from people like you two.
