      Happy to be back! The ads place themselves wherever they want and it’s SO annoying! I’ll go in and see if I can turn them off!

    Hi Kaitlyn! I’m new here and just getting back into strength training after a LONG pause. I loved this standing workout. It was definitely more than an active recovery workout for me but it felt great. I was wondering if you have any 20 min full body workouts on TH-cam that you could point me towards? Thanks!
