I'm a little outside of your target audience (23 YEARS post-partum 😂), but these are exactly the type of workouts women should be doing to hang on to muscle as we age. With the slow, controlled movements, I can use heavier weights than I've been using in my typical workouts, and I'm feeling it! I've been able to dust off my 20 and 25 dumbbells with this program! Amazing, once again!!! This 20 min workout is so incredibly doable that even "mentally" I'm more motivated to wake up before the kids and get it done! When it's 30+mins I'm like...meh, I need the extra sleep! I'll do it later during the kids' nap

Holy Bananas! Just finished this one again! This is in my permanent 6 days of exercise/week rotation now -- I do it every Saturday, with your 10-minute Dynamic Warm up first. This 63-year old needs more warm up.
this has got to be my absolute favorite standing abs workout ever! i never thought i'd be able to do the single deadlift with the dumbbell pass without losing my balance but omg i got through it with tapping only once! i feel so grateful for how far i've come all thanks to your channel! love the way u instruct lindsey the tips help me follow along easily without ending up having muscle and joint pains
I stumbled upon AMAZINGGGGG Lindsey while looking for workout programs/groups to help me get back on track after my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I stopped taking care of myself to focus on him. Lindsey .. you are da bomb!! Im stronger than i have been. The weight is slow to come off, but i feel the changes. LOVE THIS! Plan to do it again this Saturday, when I’m less distracted. I slept through my alarm, had other things going on, and baby woke up and nursed mid-session.😅 All good, it’s life! 🤗 Loved all of the stretches and exercises though, definitely kept thinking core stability and balance.😊 Thank you!
This was a lot of fun and really took a lot of mental energy too! This would be perfect for those days when you just feel so stressed or anxious with thoughts running through your head. Love this standing core workout!!! I had inguinal hernia robotic surgery 3 months ago and have been having a hard time getting my core back to normal. Still have the incisions, especially in the belly button. I think this is going to help. Thank you!

I really enjoyed doing this! It was very fun and unique way of working the core. My favorite move was the angled lunge with the press. Made me feel so powerful!

I love the way the sets are timed rather than needing to reach a number of reps. Makes it so easy to scale each move to what I can accomplish as I’m building strength and endurance! 👏🏻👏🏻
LOVED the creativity of these moves, so fun and keeps my mind challenged as well! I find that slowing down the playback speed to 75% helps me challenge myself to lift heavier weights and move safely without dropping them on my toes (or head) :) Favorite moves were the Snatch + Overhead March and the Single Leg Deadlift & Dumbbell Press, but I really love the whole workout!
