Hi Kaitlin. Thats an allsome exercises and work out! I notice most women doing them and yoga they wear the leggings, should i do the same? My short shorts probably arnt appropriate doing them bending over and spreading my legs. Ive done some of these exercises in town where they do it and been wearing my joggers but they fit me just like leggings and wondering if I should just keep wearing them. U just dont see guys wearing leggings but i really like them. Keep up the good work!
