Agree with everyone else below, it's great how you give hints, tips and explanations as you go along! Keeps it educational but entertaining at the same time. Great to see quality work being done also.

Learned loads and enjoyed the process - it's like being an apprentice without being sent for 'Tartan Paint', 'Glass Hammers', or 'left-handed Hammers".

Love the content, really easy to follow along. Great explanations for a lot of the 'why' you would do something a certain way too! Love the technique to get the roof falloff, I've been planning a shed build and cutting the birds mouths all bang on has been putting me off.
Very comprehensive and professional, thank you
Glad you liked it! 😊
Magnificent content guys! Very diy friendly approach!!
Much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
This is definitely the best video ive seen on building a garden room. Love all the advice and tips.
One thing ive always wondered tho is when it comes to membranes and damp proof, surely once you put bolts through it or nail through it defeats the purpose of stopping moisture get through?
Once it’s filled with resin I can’t see it ever being an issue 😊
Excellent video guys! Really clear instructions... quality content! Subscribed!
Awesome, thank you!

Awesome, thank you! 😁
Thank you 👍
You are welcome
great job, thank you
Thanks for watching! 😊
Really useful thanks v much
So nice of you
Excellent video. Just a simple thing, you should double up the top plate on your stud walls. By having a single plat the roof load through the rafter pushes through wherever the rafter sits. With a double top plate that load is spread throughout the whole wall - that's important for your window wall. You have rafters on studs here which helps. Is the building small enough to be that close to the boundary and not have to be built of non-combustible materials?
Like this, it's insulated well
Thanks have a great day 🙌
Great to know how these building are built the right way, brilliant job I love it.
Can you show how to install insulation in a old Victorian terrace loft as I need to get rid old insulation and put in new insulation with wooden flooring as I don't like the loft chipboard as I did it on one part of the loft and is awful. Thanks 👍
Great job lads🎉
Thank you 🙌
Absolutely bloody superb! 👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I’d have liked to have seen you put the windows and doors in though. Especially those bifolds.
Great job as always though. 👍🏾
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Tidy work! Nice job.
Thank you!
Class video!
Thank you 👍🏻
Love your videos always clear and thorough, one thing on this video though, when fitting the window frame perhaps mention to check everything is square and at 400 centres? Might seem obvious but some may not think to do it. Keep up the good work though and some of the tips you give are simple but very effective.
Many Thanks 🙏 yeah great advice ✅
Really liked this as I'm building a 24x12 ft shed, do you have any videos showing the gutter edge for the rubber roof in more detail. Keep up the excellent work
Absolutely belter of a video. Everything explained in depth 👊🏻great to watch as an apprentice like myself. Would love to know how much it was to build this
Nice one mate 😊💪🏼 I don’t like to get into money as there so many variations in cost and project 😊
Good video lads, keep them coming

Do you have material list that would be handy please?
Thank you
Loved the video mate great detail in everything you have done just one question could you do a video on what you will do with the floor?
great video

Looks insane :) Looking for something to move my gym equipment into from a garage. Sheds concern me as they have wooden bases, needs to be solid.
Amazing video! Thank you so much. What size was this garden room and how much was the total cost of materials. I know prices fluctuate, but just to give me a rough idea of spend please?
New subscriber great video will look back at the other and looking forward to 2024 👍🏻
Awesome! Thank you!
Hey guys! Amazing video. Given me the confidence to build my own smaller version.. can I ask about putting down a floor and flooring insulation? Not something I seen in the video. Does an internal frame need to go down?
This video is great! I'm looking to to do a DIY number on something like this? Excluding the footing (as I'll need to do something different) what kind of cost am I looking at? Some of the online costs for this type of thing seem like total madness so curious if I'm just out of touch!. At a guess that looks about 3m x 4.5m which is probably similar to what I'll be doing. Thanks in advance!
Awsome vid mate, don’t know if it’s been said in the comments but drilling steel to 10mm use a 4 or 6mm drill bit first, it will make the 10mm bit last much much longer, and get some decent mineral cutting oil on the job
Fantastic build. I am moving to a small house with a big garden, looking at 30m2 to build a workshop, can do 4x7.5 or 5x6 but struggling with the roof timber heights. What would you do with such a big build? The shape is not too important. Cheers
Excellent video
Amazing in depth content yet again. I want to do something similar, whereabouts did you get the cladding? I am finding it hard to get prices on the cladding. Cheapest I have had is £48.95 per length is that about right ?
What a great video👏Looking to get something like this installed next summer, are you available to do mine?😂 new subscriber looking forward to watching more
Quality thanks 😊👌🏼 don’t take too much work on now I’m afraid 😞
Great vid chaps looking to do a 10m x 5m home bar this way. With ref the 4x2 and 5x2 what are the lengths your suing to keep it at the 2.5m height please
So helpful this. Curious how much a project like this costs
im going to build one with pallets any recommendations on anything
positive or negative feedback wanted
also could i get a list of materials i would need like the name of recommended installation and the floor, ceiling and wall wrap
Windows and doors
any advice would be well appreciated
Great video. Can the floor be insulated too?
❤❤ it 😊😊
Good content guys - just came across your channel after watching hundreds of hours of Oakwood garden rooms and more. Planning a build in the spring and looking forward to using some of the knowledge you've shared. Looks like you have a strong preference for Concrete foundations, or have you used rod / ground screws etc too?
We’ve done both but personally a concrete base sets you up for any use in the future gym etc 😊
Great video ,only thing I would have done differently is put the plaster board on the ceiling adjacent to the ceiling joists and not in line with them as over time they will sag
What's the finished interior ceiling height on that? I thought max height is 2.5m when that close to the boundary but it looks taller. Might just be the angle on the video
It’s 2.5 😊
Thanks for the video, super helpful. I was wondering do you cut the fascia boards to the angle of the roof??
We do 😊
Hi, Great video. Would the door opening construction be different for a bi folding door ? Thanks in advance
Top tip from a video I watched the other day… use a length of gutter down pipe to roll the weather proof back instead of folding it back..
Thanks mate and Spot on we normally do but roof was wet so couldn’t risk it getting on the underside 😊💪🏼 much better method when you can use it tho
How much it will cost?
Hi
I’ve watched a couple of different options from a concrete base
I have a concrete base ready.
Can you advise on how you lay a floor. Insulation or damp proof?
Cheers
Andy
Best video I’ve seen on this subject - thanks a lot lads. I’m sure this is a stupid question - I’m planning to use ground screws and here is the stupid question - when you insulate the floor with PIR do I need to put anything on the underside to protect the PIR? Thanks
Not stupid at all Chuck some roofing Battens under the gaps to stop the pir falling through and you are golden 😊
Thanks so much for replying - thank yoo
Thank you, how high is it also what will be put on the floor, it looks great 👍
2.5m 😊
Mint video, didnt intent to spend the hour watching but I did. Awesome, still not 100% I can build my grden room myself though
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Excellent video. Can I ask when you fitted the roof insulation do you push this up tight against the osb or do you leave an air gap to allow the air to circulate via the vented soffit?
50mm gap is left at the top for air flow 😊😊
What did you do to the floor? if you didn't do it what was be the best detail? i only ask as i will have the same detail when i build mine. I was thinking of laying a DPC across the floor with an up-stand and the C24's with PIR infill the OSB. do you think that would be suitable? great video:)
Wow
Hi looks really nice, how long did it take to build please?
Hi Thanks For The Build Just After Knowing Your 4x2 Is It (W)89mm (T)38mm thanks
