Super useful video! I was wondering what was the total floor area in m2 and did this build require and planning permission or did it fall under permitted development.. ? Thanks!

Loved this video to see from start to finish in one go. Really admire your transparency. I don't know of many builders who would be happy to film themselves and allow clients and everyone else to view them at work. You are an honest man and that has to be commended in this day and age. Also you say you are not a bricky but that side wall looked damn near perfect to me. I live near Wimbledon and if I needed a builder I'd definitely hire you but I am moving back to my homeland soon after 37 years here. Will keep watching as I love your videos and your editing has improved immensely.
Agree with your comments 100% - I think in today's day and age everyone wants to out-do one another and this transparency always helps. Customers (reasonable) expect you to earn a living from the job as well as pay for staff. In my view, showing them what it actually costs will allow customers to understand where most of their money goes. I hope you are charging people a fair price as I would happily pay for your workmanship and honesty, even if it meant paying more than 10% than another cheaper quote.

Despite that this was a well detail spoken video, I genuinely enjoyed the tempo of the person speaking and their the tone too which helps because it keeps one listening, we're not board! By far the best detailed breakdown vid in terms of steps shown and explained, the costs shown along the way. And a lovely clean build -thumbs up from me !
This is such a great video. I am currently building one 6m x 5m and this shows me exactly what is going to happen. I'm just about to get the roof put on and I definitely want a rubber one after watching this. Great job guys

One of your best vid's, Gives the home owner a intelligent break down of material costings for (6 by 4m) build . Most builder's won't like it, I like the step by step approach to vid , a running materials cost of each stage of construction, Obviously Cost will vary on access, Site Conditions, building materials price's, labour rate's insurance, profit and square metre size's. The videos of your building projects are a good insurance policy for you too, Once you build to spec, snagging/ payment shouldn't be a Problem, if you have to go down the legal route, U have a record of the project etc. The Videos are Also a good marketing tool for your business, Gives the Customer peace of mind, cuts out the 🐄🤠 builder's. Keep up the Good work may your business 🖖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remember in the building trade, your only as good as your last fk up, So putting everything out there is Brave, " The 1st step toward greatness is to be honest.

WOW You guys smashed it with the level of finish. I love the break down of costs too. I was blown away with the cost of some items and surprised of how cheap some were. Can I come and work with you and your team as an apprentice. I bet I would learn loads as I love the building trade and have been practising with my own DIY jobs 😂 On a serious note though thanks for taking the time to calculate all this and making this video. I want to convert my garage, shed and utility room in to a 1 bed annexe. Im struggling to find builders to give me a quotes despite visits and drawings done 😌

I can honestly say I did not fast forward this video. Very educational and informative if one is considering an outbuilding. I am sincerely shocked how wood and cement prices have increased due to covid, shocking but the realisation from this great video proves prices for building material has gone up. Great video guys, really interested in using you guys to build a house at the back of my garden. Currently have a summer house and it’s not the best as too hot in the summer and too cold for the winter. We have heating and a fan but it’s not really doing the job. Will be in touch soon.
