  • Welcome to your Yoga inspired 5 Minute Morning Stretch for Beginner. This is a great way to start your day and create a mindful, but active morning routine.Get your daily dose of flexibility & mobility and have an amazing start into the day!
    In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

    I’m still shocked and pleased by how well this quick morning routine makes me feel. After this, I feel looser, livelier, and warmed up for my day. Moreover, it gets my day off to a good start because I feel like I’ve accomplished something and honored my body, if only in a small way. Thanks!

    I’ve been doing this for only 3 days now and I’m shocked at what a big effect it’s already having on my body and mind. It feels so good to do, and throughout the day I can feel my mood being lighter. Wakes me up in the morning! And I’m no longer experiencing the same chronic back pains as I was used to. I even had fun doing it with my 3 year old one day! Thank you!!!!!

    Today was day 1 of me doing this routine. Some of the stretches were a tough pull, mainly because my body is not very flexible, yet. I enjoy your routines and the music choice(s). They seem simple and engaging enough to make me want to keep at it. Thank you for sharing your stretches!!

      Same here, I am noooot flexible but I think doing this daily I will slowly stretch out my muscles and not be so stiff in this routine

    This is by far my favorite stretching video, ever! I feel like the movements are more fluid than most and my body doesn’t feel restricted. And the timing of each move is perfectly calculated, it encourages me to push through when I’m not feeling as flexible. The 30 minute one is amazing too, but I find myself coming to this one more often. Thank you!

    Finde mittlerweile auch Videos mit "ohne Stimme" sehr schön, da ich in die Musik eintauchen kann und dadurch noch mehr auf mich selbst konzentriert bin. Geht natürlich nur, wenn die Bewegungsabläufe vertraut sind. Danke dir Mady.
    Ein Video ohne Belastung der Hände wäre auch wieder toll.

    I love the Options you provide. Sometimes a 15 min stretch can feel overwhelming. Being able to go down to 10 or even 5 is so nice. So I don’t feel like I didn’t do anything, just a bit less.

    Reminder an alle: Es geht nicht darum, wie weit ihr beim one legged forward bend kommt und wie gelenkig ihr direkt nach der Schlummerstunde seid. Es geht darum, sich gut zu fühlen und positiv wie auch gelassen durch den Tag zu gehen❤
    Messt euch nicht daran, was Mady kann. Sie macht das schon etwas länger, als die meisten von uns♥️

    Love the flow of the moves, the instructions, the beeps, it all flows and makes sense, well done.

    Thank you Mady for your videos! I was doing your routines for some years but now since I've become a mother it was hard for me to find energy for these things. Even 10-15 minutes videos were just tooooo long for me. But this simple 5 minutes routine is perfect to slowly start again. And my baby can lay next to me and get entertained by flexing mama 😊❤

    Ich komme täglich auf dieses Video zurück, es ist einfach genau das richtige, um morgens einmal in die Gänge zu kommen :) ich würde mich über weitere 5-10min Einheiten und vor allen Dingen mehr Stretching Videos sehr freuen :)

    I think to do these exercises one must already have a good level of yoga. Without some instruction on how to do these movements safely, it's not something I'm willing to go in to blindly, do something wrong and risk damaging something.

    I love this, it makes me feel more awake and relaxed. I have been studying a lot so I do this 2 times a day, in the morning and the afternoon and it really does make me feel relaxed. Personally I love the music played makes me even more relaxed. I recommend just for anyone it’s really worth doing and it’s a short workout that I’m able to do wherever and whenever 10/10 love this!!

    This gentle yet effective stretch ticks all the boxes for me. I start the day with this one and end it with the excellent 30 min one. A comeplete beginner at 45, I have been doing these for five months now, absolutely loving it. So grateful to Mady for the supreme quality of her content!

    I do this every morning during the week days and the week-end the 15 minute strech. It helps me wake up, and feel incredible! I do it every morning before school, and I feel accomplished already. Thank you mady for your incredible videos❤!

    I started doing this routine every morning 9 weeks ago and it's been a great start to my day. I'm about to move up to the 10 minute morning stretch video but this one is definitely great for a starter stretching routine.

    So I’ve been feeling really down and not leaving my bed for days and I feel like shit so today I pushed myself to do some light stretching and wow I never realized how stiff my body was but this definitely made me feel better will keep on doing this everyday til I get more flexible lol thank you so much for this

    I swim in competitions and constantly try to stretch my body all the time to keep it in shape,healthy,and for safety. Your stretching videos really help and I love the music only sessions! Thank you so much

    I’ve just done this for the first time and I honestly don’t know why I’ve waited so long. My body feels warm and energized and I love it. I must admit, some stretches were too much for me (YET! 😅) but I still enjoyed it. Thanks! :)

    The way I came across this stretching video is because I am in the body chapter of my mindfulness workbook and it had me circle what body parts felt most tense and a place where I feel most energized, which was my legs & back and my bedroom. Then it said to find a stretching video or stretch on your own for five mins and write how you feel. I can honestly say I feel more flexible, less tense, and pretty good and relaxed. Thank you for your time and your wonderful 5 min stretching video!
