    Now THIS is what I need. Greatest thing about your video's is it shows me NEW ways of getting the same burn without doing the same boring workouts I did for years. I am telling everyone I know at the gym about your channel and how focusing on my "core" has allowed me to lift more weight in all the other muscles. I had personal trainers never even tell me this. Thanks for being there for us.

    Day 9: Today's workout was the hardest so far. I'm glad I pushed through it. I feel so good now.
