man this is rough. i always do the 5 min ab workouts for a warm up and then start workouts. i do this with a 35 pound kettlebell and it was hard. i was sweating like crazy. i like this and will add it to my rotation of workouts. i am always trying new things and evolving my workouts. thank you so much and god bless.
