  • Here is a simple demonstration of what I eat in a day. These meals are based off of a 2,500 calorie diet. Marco goals: Protein 203g, Carbs 237g, Fats 89g.
    All of these meats that I prepped in this video is prepared using Just Meats
    You guys know I love cooking my own meats but using these has made it a lot easier with time. If you don't like or know how to cook you definitely need to try these out.
