Josh, you are the only one that has a clear understanding. Of working out and eating properly. I wanted to let you know.I did my 21's at the gym properly.
My favorite shake is the following: Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt with frozen strawberries, and Orgain Organic vanilla protein, and chia seeds and flax seeds.
This video makes perfect sense & is very helpful, I'm a truck driver & it's pretty hard to find somewhere to shop sometimes but I do try, I cook on my truck & meal prep as much as possible. Thanks much josh.
Favorite first meal of the day for me is 90g Quaker Oats Oatmeal, 300g Dannon Oikos Triple Zero - Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 100g Blueberries. (7g fat, 89g carbs, 42g protein). 👌🏼

@@ShuckyDuckie It's called Bodyspec in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's a membership package of $50 per quarter. But a single scan is like $60. Worth in it. Did a follow up scan this week, and lost 3 pounds of BF and gained 5 lbs of lean tissue. Lost 1 pound on the scale lol
Excellent content Josh. One thing I value amongst ppl who post content is how much quality is in their content or they’re just posting for the sake of posting 😅😊. Need to try ur pecan with sweet potato btw as I’m not a huge fan of sweet potato’s
I really enjoy your videos dude. You talk very simple and easy to understand. Techical yes, but nice to hear. Keep this way man. And once more, your phisique is inspiring (beautifull to see). Congrats 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I been watching your videos lately and really like your content. I like your cooking videos and your explanations of how to put the nutrition aspect of working out into perspective. Honestly I would always work out, eat a big meal and have a high protein shake and call it a day but it’s more than that. Thank you for explaining it and now you have a faithful subscriber who will follow your lead.
Best video ive seen so far. Im really going through the too much protein from supplements as we speak. And it sucks. I mean, i have every single symptom you named too. I know hownto set myself up for success now tho. Thank you bro... 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
hi bruv, found your channel lately and saw this, you gave some great tips especially I'm troubling what to eat to gain muscle but lose weight. currently in 173 going to 168lbs to start my journey in building my body 😁
Bro you gotta try Chickpea protein pasta spaghetti w/ Lean Ground Turkey. That’s my go to, you can put a lot of veggies in it so you kill 2 birds with 1 stone
Thank you for this because I'm going to start cutting myself as I want to do a bodybuilding show and i haven't been hitting my protein. I'm going to try that PB powder. My favorite meal is "breakfast".
My favourite meal is my porridge in morning , it’s a super porridge I make , 25g porridge oats , cooked then add , spoonful of crunchy peanut butter, a scoop of raisins , almonds and walnuts , then one half scoops of chocolate protein powder, chia seeds on top , then my fresh berries , blue berries strawberries and raspberries .. it’s like an amazing chocolate pudding , about 45 g of protein … awesome
This is great advice, the things that may be an issue is when it comes to simplicity and economically, protein powder may be easier and cost less to take then eggs. So then what?
Hearing these recipes making me hungryy! Gonna have to try it tomorrow. I want to be disciplined like before. I weight like 183, 5'5, with 17% of body fat to 14% body fat at 175 pounds. Let's do it!
Thanks for the share. I always have trouble reaching my protein goals without going over my daily calories. I work at night so I don't really get to eat breakfast. For the most part, I'm only having 2 meals a day.
Great content my dude. I’m a new subscriber here. I can cook very well. Breakfast is my favorite. I need roughly 200g of protein. I also recommend getting a Ninja Creamie. I do three meals a day with two snacks. One snack is a barebells protein bar or have a protein shake and another snack is homemade protein ice cream. 🍨
Hi Josh what is a clean brand of plant based protein that you recommend? Carrageenan is something that I found out isn’t healthy so I stay away from I’m in my 50’s
Hey Josh, you're my fitness inspiration, I know you don't want to reveal the protein powder you're using. Can you at least tell us where we can find it please?
I stumbled upon this channel and i need help seriously please. I am petite and need to gain weight but my tummy has a little to get rid off but i cannot exercise my tummy. Need your advice and help please 🙏
Good video Josh! Also, random question is body recomposition a real thing? Can I at 6’2 185 thin with some muscle become a shredded 185 with hard muscle??
I appreciate this video man I recently within the last few weeks started to feel a funny feeling in my liver or just right under my left ribs and I wondered where it came from. I’m assuming it’s because of how much supplements like creatine and protein. I consume trying to hit those goals and macronutrients. I’m going to try to lay off the supplements for a couple days and from now on incorporate natural rays to meet the macro neutral accounts
I struggle to get that much protein in. 3 eggs, 15g protein yogurt, and some pistachios for breakfast Turkey sandwich for lunch 2 scoops of protein powder after gym 1 chicken breast with rice or potatoes for dinner. I think i average around 136g of protein. Unless I add another scoop in I can reach 175 but doesn’t seem that great having 3 scoops of protein powder everyday.
Should it ɓe 1.2 plus kilograms of protein if youve just started weight training and have high body fat? Or should you lose the body fat with cardio then increase protein intake?
Hey guys, I need advice on increasing muscle mass or rather weight given that I am a student who is limited to having 2 meals a day, sometimes 3 given that I get time to eat breakfast.
I do 2 full meals a day in between 12pm and 8pm as a perimenopausal woman who needs to take hormones into consideration and lose weight. You do serious muscle building so i can understand your eating routine.....wld love for u to do a protein Intake for us perimenopausal bunnies🐰 😂😂

Love it Coach, the steps make getting protein more attainable. I'm definitely going to apply daily. So informative, and useful. As always🔥🔥🔥💪🏽🥰

to be honest, hitting your protein goal isn’t too difficult but it definetly gets expensive overtime. great video tho !
Very quickly
It’s so expensive man.. that’s why it’s hard for me to gain cause tbh it’s hard to spend so much money on it lol
550g cooked chicken breast is 200g protein a day. In uk that is around £5. How cheap do you need it lol
@@StarBoyJoimma be real - i don’t buy it. I was broke and if you buy cheap proteins in Aldi’s store you’ll save money compared to eating out.

Great information. 200g of protein for me = Constipation and gas. 😩
For now, I'm 220, but my goal is to get down to 208.
After finishing your video. My problem was to many shakes and not enough of getting my protein from natural foods like chicken and fish. 😅

Cobb salad or a crab Louie salad
Did you ever use plant based protein bro? I been using it cause whey messes up my gut. Let me know
What should the split percentage be for protein, carbs, and fats???
This all depends on your goals and also how you want to feel. For me protein is always 30%, carbs 40%, fats 30%
