    I've been using Jeanette's workouts to get strong while the world is on lockdown. My joke is that the apocalypse will give all of us our dream bikini body, and have us living in dreamy vans with our dreamy boyfriends, deep in the woods, like Instagram. God Bless Jeanette.

    It’s crazy because before lockdown I went to the gym 5 days a week, trained for 2 hours sometimes more and I thought I was at peak fitness; during this lockdown I have been doing a mixture of popsugar and chloe ting workouts and I look the best I have ever looked in my entire adult life. I have abs??? This shit is crazy because I thought I was doing everything right at the gym but when I couldn’t go I had to find out how to keep fit at home - post Covid I think I’ll cancel the gym membership and carry on working out at home - maybe get some basic equipment for weight training but yeah! You dont need the gym! You need discipline, a good diet and consistency to see results!

      i could not agree more. Ive been doing popsugar and chloe's workouts as well. Ive never really felt the need to go to the gym. And like you said all we need is a bit of discipline

    Jeanette & Christa are my go to trainers when I want to get a killer workout in! I usually don't enjoy working out my abs, but this was such a fun one that had me sweating like crazy. For those interested, my watch says I burned 370 active calories & 450 total calories.

    I remember the first time I did a Janette workout and she kicked my ass in the best way possible. I was excited along with many other ladies it seems to try this video. Ive been doing PopSugar workouts since this last December almost every morning when I wake up. I have to say I am feeling more positive and stronger than I have ever felt. While Janette still kicked my ass I was actually able to keep up with her pace! And I love love love how she incorporates pilates moves into her high intensity work outs. Thank you so much PopSugar.
    P.S. But can we please have some more purely traditional pilates workouts to select from?

    I love this workout, I have added this to my weekly workout schedule. I really enjoy the stretches during the workout. Just burned 522 calories. At 52 years old I feel energized after this workout. Thank you ladies.

    One of my favorite trainers! I haven't done any popsugar workouts for months now cause I've been mainly doing resistance/weight lifting at the gym but I just tried this at home today and PHEW I LOVED IT. Not too hard but still not for beginners.
    According to my Fitbit, I burned 282 calories if anyone's interested in knowing. *doing all the intermediate/advanced moves. (I'm 5'2 and weigh 117~120 lbs)

    Do this at least once a week, and have exercised with popsugar videos for 11 months now 6x a week! Lost 12-15 pounds and currently have the best body I've ever had in my life! This is one of my top ten!

    My tshirt is drenched everytime i did this, i did this work out 3 times already and it still hard 😂😂😂 my body today is a bit weird so i did the modification instead, got light headed 🤭🤭🤭 but i love the energy and positivity ❤️❤️❤️ thanks for the awesome work out !

    if I don’t have time to go to the gym Ill do popsugar workouts at home... a couple days ago I did a different 45 min one and wasn’t even sweating. But doing this one... omg 15 mins in and I could already feel the sweat! Love this workout sooo much. Definitely need more workouts with this trainer. Kept me motived and was actually hard enough to break a sweat but not hard enough that I was counting down the minutes to the end.

    Best workout I’ve found on the PopSugar channel. Challenging without being discouraging. Love how she adds tiny stretch breaks between difficult toning exercises. No ridiculous annoying chatter going on in the background. And she’s funny!

    I also cancelled my gym membership as a result of this video. I’ve never sweat this much in the gym at any of their classes. My body is toning up after 1 month and no diet change.

    I just did this Thanksgiving morning. It was great. Im a dancer but I have to discipline myself now that I am getting older, Don't want to lose my strength. I did it and I am 62 years young.

    I was both excited and dreadful to do this workout. It was totally enjoyable and challenging, but I totally love it. Jeanette's energy & enthusiasm is what help me to push through when I think I cannot do anymore. Absolutely love her. After making it through the first two rounds of high knees I was feeling so good, but when I had to do another round of high knees at such a fast paced -I just thought I'd die. Yes, this too is one of my favs. Keep more of Jeanette coming please. -from The Bahamas

    Just so you guys know... There is NO way for them to tell you how many calories you will burn. It depends on your body and how hard you work. Get a calorie tracker.

    I'm usually working out on the eleptical or the treadmill at home and it is honestly nothing compared to this workout!! IT was EVERYTHING!!! I will now do more Popsugar workout videos💯👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

    FREAKING ADS!! OMG!! I sweat 2 christ that I saw at least 18 EIGHTEEN ADS during my wo!! WTH man seriously?!! This wo is hard enough without having 2 skip ads or get forced 2 watch them cuz ur holding a plank or something!! Ughhh....Besides that though, MAN OH MAN!! 4 yrs after first doing this wo, I'm still sweating my own hair out every time I do it!! Feel the burn for real!! Thx Jeanette for always being the only trainer I don't want to smack in the face!! Ha ha!! I'm serious!! There are some real amateur posers out there that are either pushing their own products or just generally annoying AF!! Thx for always making me laugh while almost passing out!!     I never consolidate abs alone for a workout so I struggled throughout the entire video... lol (still did it tho) this had me DRENCHED in sweat. Burned 405 calories (according to my Fitbit). I love Jeanette's workouts. I always feel like I'm burning calories even when I'm doing the low impact!!!

    woohoo! i finished it with as minimal rest/pause as possible. I kid you not i'm drenched in sweat right now!! this was the best cardio abs i've ever done. Also, I love Jeanette she's amazing 😭

    i have been using your workout videos since last year to reduce my postpartum weight. I reduced 11 kilo in a year. i should have turn down even more, but in between i took some breaks. Now i don’t even visit GYM. The best part is that my mother in law who is 63 years old and my one year and half Bby Liam is also joining me for the sections. Thank you so much for all your videos

    Okay I have a few things to say. One, I love Jeannette! She is my favorite trainer. I literally do her other 2 videos on rotation. After 3 weeks of doing her videos, people started commenting on how much weight I was losing (baby weight I put on 2 years ago). It was the intense workout that I needed! The other workout videos were just not cutting it. Other trainers talk too much and I lose momentum and intensity. I love Jeannette cause she doesn’t comment on when the other trainers behind her comment on how hard it is. She just moves on. I also think she is so funny when she mimics what people might be saying. I love her sense of humor. She totally reminds me of my cousin who also was a trainer in LA. I looked into doing her Hollywood Trainer program, since I have been seeing such good results (down one pant size already), but being on one income, every little bit of $$ counts. So I’m super excited to have one more video to add to the rotation!! I wish she would do an arms video and then I would have a complete body workout every week 👏🏼 This was such a good workout! I also sweated my hair out! #worthit
