I really love that this is an all mat workout, they’re hard to find! Great for adding on to outdoor cardio like walks/runs. I also really appreciated the non distracting instrumental music, very chill and focused. More like this please! 😁
This is a great workout! It's about 30 minutes, hits all your muscles and you feel it afterwards. I'm just getting back into a routine and had to really push myself. I love, love, love that my muscles were shaking like crazy. It's an intense feeling but worth it. This is one I'm incorporating into my weekly routine.

This workout made me sweat a lot and reminded me how good it is to move around with emphasis on control and resistance. Thank you to the best coach on YT!
No more excuses! Injured my toe a week ago and found out yesterday it's broken at the joint and displaced. But...I can do this amazing mat workout! Thanks Coach Kel for making something for everyone!
@@ED-ms7ho Yes I did. It was a bit challenging and I loved it. Right now I'm in the process of gaining weight because I've lost too much fat on my Chest and gluteals from fitness training two clients, so I'm avoiding workouts that burn too much fat in those parts on my body and this workout has lost of core concentration so it works for me. 😊
@@xiomarafuentes3253 I tried a few hours ago but I couldn’t finish! We had a power blackout I then I didn’t had time to reasume! I will try again for sure cause I’m too heavy to jumping routines!
@@ED-ms7ho Floor workouts are better if your upper body is heavier then your lower body. This way you avoid putting too much pressure on your legs. There are so many workouts than can be done sitting and on the ground. All it takes is self motivation to make it happen.

really nice workout wuth perfect exersices and the voice is not annoying like in some other videos. So thanks a lot. One thing I find to be really annoying is the commercials in the middle of the workout.

Was looking for an all mat workout because I want to "baby" my ankle for a couple of days (so I couldn't do your plank with the rocking ankles), but I liked this so much I plan to come back to it and check out more of yours even after my ankle is back to normal.
Great video! Second exercise you mentioned to put your right elbow down to the floor ... you actually mean left. I started with the right and was like this is really awkward, lol. All good, I figured it out :). Thank you for posting these videos!
