Love your workouts! I’m in my 60’s and have issues with my feet so it’s hard to stay In shape, but these workouts are amazing. I’ve been doing them a couple times a week and after years and lots of time & money spent in physical therapy this has helped immensely with my sciatica. I also do the upper back and inner thighs. I feel so much stronger now. ❤ Be blessed young lady!
I have suffered with foot issues for the last four years. Was a dancer all my life, very active and worked out for at least two hours a day, for the mental clarity it gave me. It is a lifestyle for me, beginning at age six. Just had third surgery on the right foot, and in two weeks they operate on the left foot. Truly has been like NOT breathing!!! The sciatica has been for 8 years, and the old voice in my brain telling me that if I worked out harder, then the pain would go away. Love Coach Kel, she has really helped me in my recuperating and always having alternative workouts for getting through injuries. Good luck and keep working @Margot17gardens. 😊
Thank you for being so clear about how to set this up correctly! Too many workout videos just rush through the setup - and if the setup isn't correct, you're not going to get a good workout.
I think I can safely say that yours are my favorite workout videos. Thank you for making a shorter version - I try to get my exercise time in before work so smaller clips are easier to fit in to that time :)

Would love more like this (maybe a bit shorter) to do as a burnout round after a circuit workout. And thank you so much for providing more wrist-friendly routines -- my best friend is recovering from a shoulder injury and has sensitive wrists, so she can't do workouts that incorporate planks and such. My mom is similar. So thank you for taking the time to make exercise more doable for more people! :)

After my babies, my glutes and such would decide to just turn off and take a hike, and it's been a struggle to force them to strengthen again. This was so good for targeting and turning them back on after having my baby in September.

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I wanna know if this solely focuses on strength and muscle grow or can also burn fat? I've been in a long process of gaining weight and I don't want to suddenly burn what it took me months to get 😭
