I have this tent. The floor could be a little better as far as water proofing goes, but ive had mine up in a couple bad storms with high winds and it is extremely sturdy if its put up right. Minus the flooring with water, i love this tent. Its massive.
I bought those connect floor foam pieces they use in gyms or kids play areas. They arent 100% water proof but they do add cushion to your feet and help keep your socks dry. They other thing I also do is I bought a large tarp and I lay it down either under the tent or on top of the floor. Works great.
I love this tent. We bought the one with the porch on the front with the portable shower area. I don’t like that there aren’t windows in the back. I do love the extra large storage space. We will be doing a new video of our new tent in March. Thanks for posting. Thanks for all the ideas for preparation.
Bought this tent. Used it for one week. Woke up in the middle of the week to 5" of water in my tent. This thing doesn't have bathtub floors and really needs them.
HEY EVERYONE, I want to apologize to all for the MAJOR delay on releasing instructions or a video on how to put this tent together. If you have questions, please email me asap. Otherwise here are the blown up instructions on how to best put this tent together. www.manualshelf.com/manual/ozark-trail/wf-20984/user-manual-english.html I will be doing a video shortly of the new tent I have. This new video will have the FULL video of putting it together and set up and inside and outside tutorial. Just have to give me time. I will try to have it up by the end of the month. I do plan to put this tent up to clean it out after our last camping trip.
Ariel stanley this would be awesom but need more advanced tent with emergency ppl who do no kill shelter stuff .foreveryone and diliver service attached to it lol
@@marciakindell6079 unfortunately we sold it for a bigger tent. But i will make a video the best I can on how to assemble it. The biggest thing is you want to assmble the roof after laying out the tent first. Get hooks on it....put rain tarp on and THEN finally assemble the side poles and closet poles.
The problem is is when you show the frame of the house for the 10th I should say I couldn't tell which was the center which is would be the roof and which was the back of the house and which pole is which and the instructions they give you are so vague it's unbelievable so anything you can do to help would be great as I live in this house on a permanent basis so it's important to get it upright and quickly
Hello William. If I remember, anything marked with red tape was for the outside frame, green is the front, blue is cross bars, and i think gray was the verticle bars. There is a yellow but i cant remember which is for. Please forgive me if I am wrong. But the easiest way I set it up is I did the roof first. Threw the tarp over it and then did the sides to lift it up. Best if you have 2 people. Having the tarp ontop before lifting it up, makes it a heck of a lot easier.
My friend Randy has this same tent. It’s still unopen in its delivery box. He has it stored in his garage unit. Is anyone still wanting this type of tent? It’s in South Dakota, hopefully your close to that state.
the movie screen is a HD Screen. Its very nice IF YOU CAN keep it clean. Any kind of grease, finger print, or water mark will show up as a small blurr on your movie during projection. There is a way to clean it but its done very carefully and mostly by hand.
No I do not but I plan to eventually get a video of me putting up my existing tent which has about 60% of the same concept build. Just waiting for my days off weather to be right to actually set things up.
@@caseyshuntingchannel1743 Thanks. Last time i looked it was out of stock. I went ahead and saved and got a three room with screen porch. Someday if price is right may still pick one up for a backup.
@@nancycunnungham3183 if you recently bought the tent, i would suggest contacting the warranty number or even walmart or the place you bought it from for an exchange. Otherwise, if you look on the instructions, there are numbers tell you who to contact incase of missing/broken parts.
Hello, Sorry for the extreme late response. It does not have an AC Port but it does have a extension/power cord slot for anything you want to plug inside. I have seen people, pending on how big the hose is, use that port for ac hoses. One thing I can suggest is put the ac unit outside a window and use a tarp to cover the area to push the air inside. HOWEVER, using an AC unit for this type of tent may not be all that effective due to the ceiling is an open concept and hence would provide no relief from those hot days in direct sunlight. The tent without the rain guard on provides excellent circulation for air and cooling. One thing my fiance and I did was bought a 22x12 tarp and just wrapped it over the tent while at the same time cutting holes in the tarp for the hooks for the poles. Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have anymore questions?
Thanks for taking the time to do this and help my family decide on purchasing one!

Is the bottom water proof or do I have to do that myself? Also can the "screen room" be used as an extra sleeping area? Is there a 2nd entrance?
No 2nd entrance. Floor is limited water proof. We still set up tarps to walk on. Its very thin floor
