      @@joehoustonsfI like state parks. I'm not super sure about dispersed camping because I'm a widow and my son is only 7. Things can happen, but I'm definitely looking into more open areas. Like private lands. I like the security of knowing anybody there, paid to be there 😅

    We are deciding between a pop up or getting a nice tent and clamping a bit. Do you have suggestions for tents that can take an AC and do you fine sites that have electric for tents?

    • @joehoustonsf
      @joehoustonsf  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I prefer the pop up tents over the tents without the poles attached. The pop up tents tend to be stronger , much easier and quicker to setup. The one advantage to the tents without poles connected. Is they pack up smaller and don’t take up as much space. I’ve never used a tent that was specific for using an AC. Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations on this. I do tend to camp at places that have water and power available but, I also have a power station if I go somewhere that doesn’t have it.

    I hope this all dried out before you had to put it back in your beautiful car. I can imagine all that mud getting on that white leather.

      I dried it as much as I possibly could. The bag insulated the wetness. I had to immediately set it up at home to give it time dry out and not mold. 😌

    Yeah, looks nice, but have u ever really use it? Where is the kitchen? Where are your clothes? Did u ever sleep on that bed? Air gets freezing cold in the night! Not even a table or a chair to eat. Sorry, thats not campingsetup thats an Instagram setup imho

      You managed to make yourself look like a jerk in every conceivable way, in just a few short lines no less. Good job.

      Lmfaoooo no. Plenty of people camp like this. Myself included. Shows how much you really know about glamping/camping.

    He literally could have just stayed home. Think about it... what's really the point here? He's in a crowded campground with marginal views and bad weather. Then he just sat on an inflatable couch and slept in a full inflatable bed in his tent... What was the goal here?
