Meanwhile the weight capacity of the roof rails on a Bimi cooper (lets be honest, that thing is NOT a mini), is 75KG, so you CANNOT get into that tent without voiding your warranty on the BMW :-p)

I friggin LOVE #3the one on top of the car is perfect for me imo. Not sure how functional it truly it is but it’s what I would go for. And I will put a Tammock in my room.

If you have kids playing there and want to lounge and be protected then why not! I prefer it when parents watch their kids! If you do not have kids then yes, you should absolutely not set up your tent to watch over a playground. Unless you want to be chased out by a bunch of pissed off moms. Which you don't.
Should take like alto of these tents and set them up some place for the homeless. So they have shelter no matter what the weather is....I would if I have the money. Lot of ppl don't think about the homeless n the families. ..... Just like pick a lot and put up alto of these tents for them....
Could always make a go-fund me thing or kickstarter, people feel like if one person is doing good and they contribute their doing good aswell, and the homeless get a place to sleep till the either get a good job or gather enough money to get an apartment

I'm cheap. A $12 tarp and a piece of visqueen 6x8 ft are light weight and convenient. Doesn't look fancy, but keeps you dry and warm. Every 3 or 4 years I hike the Cascades this is all take with my backpack. I know, I'll never get that commercial, but I ain't handsome either.

makes me think about the difference between camping before kids, and then camping with two small kids and two big dogs. Before I got married everything I needed including shelter fit into one backpack, and $500 let me travel the West for a month. Add kids and dogs and a husband from the city and we had to cram the car and pack stuff on the roof too!!😂 oh well, at least i I'm getting them out there!
I have never been a fan of the folding flexible arch type tents. I find them a pain to get through the sleeves. I do like the concept of the reflective surface tent. That would be really handy in hot temps for my afternoon nap.
Now I just need a hovercraft to take me there since I am disabled and could never survive the hiking to make the tent worth it. Come on Tesla! I want my hover camper now!

How about combining the kayak / hammock / reflective fabric / domed tent with the solar panel and fan ... all in one?
