    In this exercise video Meredith guides you through a relaxing and effective stretching workout designed to do in bed or lying down.
    Exercising in a laying down position can be very beneficial for most active people. By doing so you are able to stretch and work various areas of your body that may not have the same attention during a regular workout. Plus it is low impact, low pressure and supported.
    In this video, you'll be going through series of full body stretching and also some important core/abs work as well. Rounding out all of these body movements will give you a great full body workout.
    As always only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause you any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!

    I'm 24 and I have anxiety / depersonalization sometimes I don't have the energy or I'm a bit frazzled, this is a great way to break myself out of a busy mind and back into my body, thank you! 🎉

    Thank you for this video🤗. My mother is recovering from knee replacement surgery and is excited about the 25 pounds she has lost from the healthy meals ( NO processed food) that I prepared for her. She asked me yesterday if I can help her work out for strength and flexibility...starting today.

    I'm looking for a daily range of motion workout that covers hips, back and shoulders. Is this workout good for that or is it better to do 3 of the stretch workouts geared at those issues?
