Hi Meredith, my arthritis and fibromyalgia were so painful I was miserable. I had to force myself to start the stretches but am so glad I did. The pain has eased up and it is such a relief! Now I can do the balancing exercises too. Thanks again for all your wonderful guidance.
Thanks Meredith for this. Can I ask is this stretch routine to be done before exercise or as a cool down or is to be done just as a separate routine at anytime? I found it really good.
Hi Meredith this is the recovery I needed for my body, i queued over night on 16th of September and during the day on 17th September to see our wonderful queen lying in state . My body was very painful but stretches have helped my body’s recovery thank you 😊❤
I so needed this today. I've been hesitant about reintroducing stretching bc all of the muscle contraction I've done over the years have taken a toll. I'm so happy to have found your lessons and am able to meet myself where I am today ❤
