    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through some easy to follow, relaxing stretches that focus on your neck and upper back area.
    Staying loose and flexible is a very important part of an active lifestyle and no matter what level of fitness you are. Stretching on a regular basis can help your body stay at peak performance level when you are ready to exercise.
    Your upper back and neck areas are also prime candidates for tension that can creep up form day to day which is why we are focusing on these areas.
    This is a beginner level video and can be done easily in any space of your own home using a sturdy chair. As always, only do movements that feel best for you and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep water close by and enjoy these relaxing stretches!

    Hi again....I like to do this one late, before bed. I end up yawning like crazy, it relaxes me so much. Plus, I had a headache/neckache today. Nine times out of ten when I do this, my aches ease up or go away totally, depending on how bad it is. Tonight it seems gone for now. 👏

    Hi Meredith- Lynn here--- thought I'd let you know an update on my hernia surgery recovery. Saw surgeon for post op check up today and I'm doing great he says. Got to wait a couple more weeks for anything strenuous, but walking and some stretching is ok. Took a short walk today and now going to this video for some stretching . Once my two weeks is up- I'll be firing up some of your chair exercise videos. I'll ease into it- don't worry. 😊
