Love this bed workout. Had a bad fall 2 years ago.I'm 87 having a hard time getting back to exercises. Did this and know I can start walking outside again. I refuse to become confined to the house. Thankyou for e n couraging me to try. Your mum is a big help. Love you workouts. Mow for a cuppa tea.

Thank you for this I’m disabled and spend most of my time in bed I used to be VERY active and it kills me to be in this situation. Between the hours of 8-5 I do sit ups. I was up to 50 an hour but got sick and weak so I’m only up to 30 an hour. Thank you so much ladies!

I do the bed workout after the 20 min work out. I want to speed metabolism, tone and lose weight. I have lost over 85 pounds this year. I wanted to say I combine the legs and the upper body. If I punch up I do a leg lift. If I do hands I am pulling up the knees walking it out. It’s not hard and I get more progress. At 67 I am careful I use no one but you. But I do speed up sometime to get in extra steps. And Al way stretch my back really well. Thank you.
My husband is bedbound. He had a hip replacement 5 years ago and got MRSA IN THE HOSPITAL! He's had 7 surgeries now. The last surgery they took the prosthetic out and left him without most of his femur (thigh bone)! He hurts so bad. I finally got him doing some exercises. We're going to try this tonight! Thank you💜

This is an excellent warmup exercise to start the day. I am with Aiko as I like my daily cup of coffee and April you can enjoy your cup of tea. There are times I drink warm tea as it relaxes my stress levels. Thanks for this wonderful video and enjoy the weekend.

Nice way to start the morning. I always feel tight, sore muscles when getting up. Doing some stretches before getting up is a good idea. I do a lot of stretches before going to bed but I should get some morning stretches in. Always in a hurry to get the morning started and not taking time out for a stretch. I will do so now. I was doing my own stretches, but it is so much more enjoyable to pull up your video every morning. My massage therapist is encouraging me to move and stretch more during the day to reduce pain and stiffness, and she was very pleased to hear about your channel. I just completed this routine and it's great! I increased the reps on some of them. The windshield wipers is also a mini-spinal twist which is my favorite stretch, which I did more of as well as others. This morning workout is easy to memorize. It's a great way to start my day!

I was already sitting up having breakfast when I first watched this video yesterday, but today I used it before getting out of bed, then got up and did the rest of my workout, which included your "King TUT" strength-training workout (first time trying it) as well as some cardio, more leg exercises, and a good long stretch session. Hi there! This gentle workout can be done everyday. You can also add in walking and cardio workouts on the same day or alternate days. But listen to your body. If you feel soreness, rest until it subsides. The most important things is to move as much as you can and allowing your body to recover. You build strength by being consistent. I’m recovering from a tibia plateau fracture and I’m at six weeks postop. They don’t tell you about the rest of your body and how it’s going to decline also while you’re on nonweightbearing thank you so much for this video. It will help keep my body conditioned and not so depleted.

@yes2next thank you because my sister is in a nursing home and apparently since she came out of the hospital and was transferred to a different nursing home because the other nursing home was the reason she was in the hospital to begin with she is a hoyer lift. She wasn't before that because when they started using the hoyer lift on her it scared the hell out of her. But they're telling us oh she'll never be able to walk and transfer into a wheelchair herself and be able to sit in a regular wheelchair. And I said well I think that she can and that's going to be our goal and they don't like that and I don't care
@yes2next and she wants me to bring her to my place and take her to Walmart and I can't do either of that while she is a hoyer lift and stuck in a brochure it's bad enough she's legally blind

I do the bed workout after the 20 min work out. I want to speed metabolism, tone and lose weight. I have lost over 85 pounds this year. I wanted to say I combine the legs and the upper body. If I punch up I do a leg lift. If I do hands I am pulling up the knees walking it out. It’s not hard and I get more progress. At 67 I am careful I use no one but you. But I do speed up sometime to get in extra steps. And Al way stretch my back really well. Thank you.
My husband is bedbound. He had a hip replacement 5 years ago and got MRSA IN THE HOSPITAL! He's had 7 surgeries now. The last surgery they took the prosthetic out and left him without most of his femur (thigh bone)! He hurts so bad. I finally got him doing some exercises. We're going to try this tonight! Thank you💜

Nice way to start the morning. I always feel tight, sore muscles when getting up. Doing some stretches before getting up is a good idea. I do a lot of stretches before going to bed but I should get some morning stretches in. Always in a hurry to get the morning started and not taking time out for a stretch. I will do so now. I was doing my own stretches, but it is so much more enjoyable to pull up your video every morning. My massage therapist is encouraging me to move and stretch more during the day to reduce pain and stiffness, and she was very pleased to hear about your channel. I just completed this routine and it's great! I increased the reps on some of them. The windshield wipers is also a mini-spinal twist which is my favorite stretch, which I did more of as well as others. This morning workout is easy to memorize. It's a great way to start my day!

I was already sitting up having breakfast when I first watched this video yesterday, but today I used it before getting out of bed, then got up and did the rest of my workout, which included your "King TUT" strength-training workout (first time trying it) as well as some cardio, more leg exercises, and a good long stretch session. Having breakfast now and looking forward to an energized and productive day (I hope)!

If you feel soreness, rest until it subsides. The most important things is to move as much as you can and allowing your body to recover. You build strength by being consistent. @yes2next thank you because my sister is in a nursing home and apparently since she came out of the hospital and was transferred to a different nursing home because the other nursing home was the reason she was in the hospital to begin with she is a hoyer lift. She wasn't before that because when they started using the hoyer lift on her it scared the hell out of her. But they're telling us oh she'll never be able to walk and transfer into a wheelchair herself and be able to sit in a regular wheelchair. And I said well I think that she can and that's going to be our goal and they don't like that and I don't care
@yes2next and she wants me to bring her to my place and take her to Walmart and I can't do either of that while she is a hoyer lift and stuck in a brochure it's bad enough she's legally blind
