it's better to play in 900p with these handhelds still a sharp resolution 16:9 while giving more fps compared to 1080p...really excited for the z2 extreme chip in 2025
Ok quick question I nvr owned a pc I jus bought the ally rog x cuz I wanted to see what’s steams all about, u were playing stalker 2 I saw but it said its not compatible with steam decks now, I’m jus lumping ally and steam all together, do I download stalker from somewhere else or is it ok to download it from steam? Also I’m using this as a gateway drug to see if I can even mess around with the settings. Still very confusing. Thanks in advanced

Hi i was looking to buy a ps5 and pair it with a 55 inch tv . Due to no space at home i will not be able to do it or will use it to its full potential. Was looking to make small set up with 27 inch tv and used ps4 as i want to play games like gow,spider,arkham knight ,etc. Or should i buy a rog ally or steam deck?
the performance of ally x vs steam deck was kinda noticeable best example ghost of tsuhima i run it on steam deck like 40-50 fps with low graphics settings.. but on rog ally i could hit 60-70+ fps with medium with mix of high settings. so if you want performance better go for rog ally x. for portability and comfortability i will go with steam deck if you like to play a not big triple A games steam deck was the best.
if performance yes ally x is best + battery life.. but comfortability and long hours of gaming and nice screen i go for steam deck oled. long hours on gaming on ally x makes my eye hurts. i have steam deck oled and legion go too.

my stalker 2 version is gamepass. i have no problem playing it on my rog ally x..

This probably more on par to a ps4
Much more powerful than a PS4 but slightly less powerful than a PS5. I'd say this is better because you don't have to deal with console limitations.
