@@DomsWheelhouse insulation and ply for the ceiling is no more expencice than for the walls? Unless you want something that sounds good costs a fortune but probaby don't work

why did you not do your ceiling first then work your walls into it ? now you have to clamber over the bed to fix the ceiling
