Hi! Stumbled onto your channel & I love it. I bought the Ninja Speedi a couple days ago. My first meal was bone-in terraiki thighs w/rice & mixed vegetables; off the charts good. I will try the baby back ribs this weekend. Looking forward to your next notification.

Just bought the Speedi and waiting for it to arrive. I went on Pinterest and ran across your videos and love them. You explain everything so well and thank you for that. I am so excited to get my Ninja Speedi and be able to watch more of your videos. Thank you again for explaining were someone like me can understand. Have a nice day.

Hi James, I see using this for my New Years Day pork. I don't need to make too much so this can work well. Thanks for sharing.

Nice looking ribs James, I think the BBQ sauce will give it a more flavorful taste. Funny thing I did ribs in my Ninja Speedi, close to the same method. Looking to see how many more recipes you come up with. The same technique I use on chicken thighs.

Thanks for this most helpful video! This is a much more efficient way to cook ribs indoors rather than slow baking them or cooking them in a crockpot followed by a couple of minutes under the broiler.
QUESTION: For my baked ribs, I use a homemade sauce, but it's a sauce rather than a rub. (Plum jam, juice of 1 orange, garlic, soy sauce, liquid smoke, hot sauce, et al.) Would you suggest cooking the ribs first and then only adding the sauce at the end? OR... I usually marinate the ribs in the sauce before slow baking so I'm thinking I could do that for the Ninja Speedi: marinate them, then cook them just as you did, and finally add more sauce at the very end to caramelize it. THOUGHTS? SUGGESTIONS?
    THANKS!

I’ve had some ribs in the freezer I’ve been trying to get up the nerve to cook. I think I’ll try this method. Thank you!

Tried ribs in my Speedi twice now, love how they turned out! Tender both times, and great way to have BBQ on a weeknight!

I was watching your video again and was wondering if these steps would work on a regular slab of ribs, not baby backs. I have some 2 slabs of ribs in our freezer and I am wanting to cook one for dinner. I am trying to see if you might have another video but have not found it yet. Thank you in advance for your help in all these recipes for the Ninja Speedi. You have been a life saver for sure.

Hi James, you are my go to for recipes with my speedi! Thank you. I notice you set the time over what you actually want. Is this to maintain heat?
