Hi, made these ribs today. Absolutely delicious! The only thing that I changed was the time, as they were done a little quicker. The ribs were probably smaller than yours. Very tender and flavorful.

My favorite is Shealy's Mustard Based BBQ sauce. My daddy used to make the best sauce which was mustard based.

I'm all about Sweet Baby Rays on my country ribs. I've never used my Ninja to cook country ribs... I think I'll give a go. I'm going to add a few drops of liquid smoke to the BBQ sauce and see.
    Thank for the context.

Question do you need to add a cooking spray to the crisper tray to prevent sticking or no

Have you tried beef short ribs. Something might benefit from steaming but how long

I wish we could buy ribs like that in the UK, we are very behind in options in meat to you in the USA. Not very keen on BBQ sauce.

    • @CookinWithJames

Do you have regular ribs. Like spare or back ribs. You can do those

Should always use bone in since bone adds flavor. You can always remove the meat from the bone

I prefer BBQ sauce but definitely not sweet baby rays that just taste nasty to me. I love either making my own or using either Cattlemens tangy carolina sauce or bone sucking sauce

As much as you'd like to say they're nice and tender. I can tell by the way they pulled apart that you left them in 4-6 minutes too long.
