    Looks good! Somehow I've never considered using pimento cheese with broccoli, but I love broccoli and cheese so that actually looks really tasty. What do you think about doing a low and slow bake on ribs in the Speedi? That's typically the way I make them in a conventional oven, wrapped in foil, then just uncover and turn up the heat near the end for the final crust.

    Question, as I've been warned by my Doc, have you found any surgar free good barbecue sauce yet?

    • @COOKINGWITHDOUG
      @COOKINGWITHDOUG  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Not really but I guess the best one out of them all would be the sugar free sweet baby rays(it's thicker than the rest)

    Hello Doug. I just got the speedi. Put a pork shoulder in and set it on steam and bake. The progress bars are doing their thing but the countdown timer isn’t starting…lots of steam coming out of the vent. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

    Instructions are unorganized. Not clear whether to keep it on steam and bake the entire time or move it to air fry if so, video doesn't show it.

    • @darrellb1977
      @darrellb1977 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      He does clearly say to put it on steam and bake for the cook and then air fry after saucing the ribs. 🤦🤦🤦
