@@jlowe51 - ah, just like the newer Smartlid has a temperature probe. That's good for cooking meat, so I don't mind it. But as I'd said to Doug before, I've found the pressure cook feature to be very useful too, and that's something Speedi doesn't have. I love the Speedi's more compact efficient design, though.
I ordered a Speedi and it should arrive on Friday. I’m trying to cut down on carbs, so I wan wondering if I have to include a carb/starch in the base on the Speedi Meals setting, or if I can just use veggies.

For some reason I can’t get steak the way I want it in my old corsori air fryer (medium well). It always comes out over cooked and rubbery.
Just drop temp & time and it should work, but to be certain start temping with a meat therm.after like 8 minutes

But I would clean potatos better. Removing the bad parts our 😊😢
I just do not like the juices dripping down into the lower level food.
