I've bought a rod, reel, line and numerous rigs since started watching beach fishing content from you and other suffolk, norfolk, bristol channel and south coast fishing channels. Much more comfortable to watch the vids than actually go fishing i find!!! though the sun might help me step foot on the beach rod in hand this summer. Tight lines
Hi Dave, greetings from Holt, North Norfolk. As a former match angler, there are certain patterns that stick in my mind. One is when the sea stinks like rotten cabbage water! It's one stink I love to be greeted by in late Autumn / early Winter because it ALWAYS means there are decent sized codling to be had fairly close to shore in places like Bacton, Trimmingham and Mundesley. That smell obviously persuades some fish that there's dead stuff about to snack on! And that figures with the doggies being there in good numbers for you.
Hi Dave , watching from Oxford. I do spend summertime in your area and my brother in law lives in Caister by the sea. When we are staying in hemsby we do fish the beaches and watching your adventures keeps us informed how the fishing is going. Keep up the good work and tight lines
Great video. I live just outside Ely, near Cambridge. Mainly fish the North Norfolk beaches, but also do the Suffolk beaches. Parents live in Kessingland, and love fishing Shingle street. Great to see what’s coming out along the East Anglian coast, before making the drive across to them.
Nice doggies Dave that sky looks very threatening behind you that car park you parked in in front of the wreck we normally have an ice cream in there, to answer your question I live in Derby but like to watch what's going on down there because we holiday in Corton 😁👍

Between dunwich amd sizewell, do well on dogfish, theres nothing worse than blanking when u doing everything right, looking forward to your Devon vids, good luck to u all going
Hi Dave. Had a great session last monday there as far right before water hits the boards. Video up next week. Whiting after whiting some 30 cm plus one 35cm and dogfish at high. Had a blinding session. Salted lug + squid for whiting and dabs. Mackerel for dogfish. Tight lines
To use the t-bar do it in reverse. Put bar in through gill cover and out mouth. Wrap 3 times and pull line back out gills to turn hook. Unhook and pass back through gill cover and out mouth. Hope that helps.
@@TheDavidharding me too 😂 only sussed it out three sessions ago then thought well that was easy. I was alway going through the mouth which is, wrong way round. Must go under gill cover and out mouth first.

When it fishes well it fishes well, had some mates there last week catching a couple of lovely size bass and one of them caught a lobster..🦞
Ive watched TH-cam videos on them and everything just can’t get to grips with it.. as you see replaced my disgorges now so all good..lol..
