Happy new year dave. Look forward to next years videos. My boy and I started around July in gorleston and pop down in the camper for the weekend. So been great to see someone fishing the local marks.

Funnily enough, the other day I was wondering how you did with the species hunt, but I thought it best not to ask… 😅 awkward subject lol 👍 never mind mate. You need to vary your baits a bit more… 2 rods out with 2 hook flappers on both rods and small bits of squid… you’re always gonna struggle to catch a variety of species with that approach. Need more worm baits, more scent in the water, some peeler crab. Problem with small bits of squid is the scent gets washed out after 10 mins or less. Vary the distance you cast. I had my biggest bass ever on a big herring and squid bait, lashed together with bait elastic, super smelly and oily. Big scent trail. Regardless, I always enjoy your vids Dave. Looking forward to the Comp vid 👍

Dave if you are booked in to fish the open, access is through the gates of the Muckleborough tank museum. Someone is normally just inside those gates to guide you to the beach car park at Kelling 👍

Have a great Christmas you guys. watching you three blokes has got me digging my gear out, hasn't seen daylight for 4 years. I'm in Brightlingsea , used to fish at Walton on Naze. One day I might even manage to get to your neck of the woods . Anyway keep the videos flowing and the beer, Tight Lines have a good New Year.
